Excessive sitting causes poor posture, leading to tightness and pain in the back, shoulders, and neck. I've also been getting a lot of questions about doing a workout that helps you grow taller. This is it! Having good posture can help make you look and feel taller. You can do this workout anywhere! Improve your posture in just 10 minutes!
