- Here's a 10-Minute exercise for the collarbone area, neck, & shoulders that you can do anywhere at any time (no equipment)! Doing intense workouts and staying active is great! But remember to stretch and take rest days so your body has time to recover! I hope you guys enjoy this daily stretching routine! I would definitely recommend this workout. I did it for five days I think and I have noticed I don’t have a curve between my collarbone and neck. I did the blackpink Pilates workout and played tennis in the back garden, I also kept an I on my posture as I doing that helped bring out my collarbone more. My arms did hurt quite a bit so I took a brake but now I am back doing it. Thank you
Ps would you recommend doing cardio with the Pilates?
I am not professional but in the pilates workout I saw a comment that said that they were doing cardio before the pilates workout and mish choi replied with good luck so I think there's no problem because if there was a problem mish choi would not recommend it again I'm not a professional hope this helps😊
