I've been doing this consistently for almost 4weeks along with her Blackpink inspired pilates(i do her pilates 2x because i enjoy it😂💞).. my weight before is 53.90kg, and now it's 47.18kg... and i lost 4.6inches off my waist (also I'm not on a diet but i eat 2 times a day only because i always wake up late😅)

u shouldn’t push urself so hard since ur 11! maybe stick to one
Try and eating proteins and lotsss of vegetables as well. Make sure to keep a balanced along side. You'll build muscles quicker that way. Make sure to have rest days as well. Good luck!!

yes!! There are a lot of modifications to work the oblique! I would recommend doing side planks+dips!

1st day: it really burns and its so damn hard bc i have 143,3lbs and i think its harder to hang this whole weight while doing the workout. i couldn’t do 2 exercises bc i was afraid to get injured, but i’ll come back here for the second day (i’ll do wednesday).
2nd day: i did the jennie daily stretch today and did this 2 times (i also did this on my first day, i forgot to add it here). i was definitely able to do more exercises bc of the stretch, and i was also able to do it longer. i’m eating in a balanced way and drinking 2l/2.5l of water. :)

Hello everyone!!! I have been trying mish choi, emi Wong and muscle watching. I have seen good results in my waist, legs and arms.... Especially waist, I don't know my before waist size but It has reduced a lot... Now my waist size is 25 inches...
I recommend those who re suffering from huge waist, u should do emi Wong and mish choi's workout ( especially emi Wong's)...

Betzy Meza realmente funciona muy bien ,mi estómago a disminuido notablemente así que ahora puedo usar tops o blusas cortas sin sentirme mal , baje 1 kilo y eso que no eh hecho ninguna dieta solamente ya no consumo refrescos y golosinas y combino estos ejercicios con cardió y mas ejercicios de piernas y brazos , seguiré actualizando ^^
