I've been doing this consistently for almost 4weeks along with her Blackpink inspired pilates(i do her pilates 2x because i enjoy it😂💞).. my weight before is 53.90kg, and now it's 47.18kg... and i lost 4.6inches off my waist (also I'm not on a diet but i eat 2 times a day only because i always wake up late😅)

      Try and eating proteins and lotsss of vegetables as well. Make sure to keep a balanced along side. You'll build muscles quicker that way. Make sure to have rest days as well. Good luck!!

      yes!! There are a lot of modifications to work the oblique! I would recommend doing side planks+dips!

    im gonna try this one! if i see some results i’ll come back here :) pls someone like this comment to remember mee
    1st day: it really burns and its so damn hard bc i have 143,3lbs and i think its harder to hang this whole weight while doing the workout. i couldn’t do 2 exercises bc i was afraid to get injured, but i’ll come back here for the second day (i’ll do wednesday).
    2nd day: i did the jennie daily stretch today and did this 2 times (i also did this on my first day, i forgot to add it here). i was definitely able to do more exercises bc of the stretch, and i was also able to do it longer. i’m eating in a balanced way and drinking 2l/2.5l of water. :)

    Hello everyone!!! I have been trying mish choi, emi Wong and muscle watching. I have seen good results in my waist, legs and arms.... Especially waist, I don't know my before waist size but It has reduced a lot... Now my waist size is 25 inches...
    I recommend those who re suffering from huge waist, u should do emi Wong and mish choi's workout ( especially emi Wong's)...

    Day 1: really hard
    Day 2: done 👌
    Day 3: Both Really works well
    Day 4: done
    Day 5: abs💞 😍😍
    Day 6:I have abs now🤩🤩
    Day 11: I forgot to update 😂 but I done this workout every day 😊 I'll continue to update. Please remind me
    Day 12: 👍👍
    I have 11 abs now (reduce junk food and increase veggies) good luck everyone 💕👍👍💜

    Day 1 🟢: I took quite a lot of breaks but taking breaks is better than not doing it at all :) ..
    Day 2. 🟢: It was a bit easier than yesterday.. but I got it done

      Betzy Meza realmente funciona muy bien ,mi estómago a disminuido notablemente así que ahora puedo usar tops o blusas cortas sin sentirme mal , baje 1 kilo y eso que no eh hecho ninguna dieta solamente ya no consumo refrescos y golosinas y combino estos ejercicios con cardió y mas ejercicios de piernas y brazos , seguiré actualizando ^^

    Peso:52 Kg
    Estatura: 1.50 CM
    Día 1 ✅ hoy corrí 4km y realice este vídeo.
    Día 2 ✅ hoy no fui a correr, me dolió un poco el abdomen.
    Día 3 ✅ hoy fui a correr 4 km, me sentí cansada del cuerpo.
    Día 4 ✅fui a correr 4 km, ya no me canso tanto.
    Día 5✅ fui a correr 4 km.
    Día 6✅ hoy no fui a correr pero ya no me canso tanta a cuando inicie.
    Día 7 ❌ hoy voy a descansar.

    This may be hard at first but the more you do it the easier it is.😊 It worked out my 11 abs and I could see it fadely. I recommend if you want them.❤ This workout killed me the first day cause I wasn't ready to workout!😂 Thank you for the Workout Mish Choi!❤

    inma do this workout for about 2 weeks and update yall each day 🙂 And i’ll also try to keep the summary’s of each day short. AND also im going to be doing twice a day!
    -day 1-
    My abs hurt and i’m kinda tired but i feel energized :).
    -day 2-
    Im pretty used to the pain of it I guess you could say, but I feel good!
    -day 3- im tired 😩, nap time!! p.s breathe in between the workouts.
    -day4-
    i was only able to do it once since I did it late in the day
    -day 5-
    i feel like it doesn't hurt as much:)
    -day6-
    rest day
    -day7-
    rest day
    -day 8-
    im startin to see definition 😀
    -day 9-
    i couldn't do it :(
    -day 10-
    i did it today! I am sweating a lot, but other than that i'm getting more stronger and i can kinda see definition.

      @@rose.luv11 I did not update, but I can say that if it worked, I did it for 1 week and lost 1 to 2 kilos (I did it with more routines).

    im planning to do this for atleast 2 weeks and probably more !
    Day 1: ✅ i tried my best but couldnt hold myself up!! this shows how weak i am 😭 but im planning to get stronger !

    Day 3 done although sometimes I have to pause since my little siblings come inside and I don't want to get in trouble with my mom and also I feel like my mom would laugh at me for working out since I used to say I would and never did.
