Online games shouldn't make a difference, but streaming a film or something could make a difference :)
I am slowly moving my students to skype lessons, I have only been testing with my adult students so far, but children's lessons will be starting soon!
Tip no.10 Back up plan for the tech.
Do you record video of a full Lesson time ? (e.g 40mins class so 40mins lesson video) or create a condensed? Also, how do you share video lessons to parents? Is there any particular software/app you use?
The video I record would be shorter as 30-60 minutes would be a very long video for a child to watch. Also, you need to account for your time planning the content and editing if needed and uploading.
You can send it through apps like Tonara or My Music Staff or just upload to RUclips as an unlisted vide and send them the link.
