I was unable to move either my router or my piano so I got a 25 foot ethernet cable (they come in longer lengths too) AND USB adapter : We drilled small hole into LR floor, snaked cable down to basement, then back up through the floor hole into my music room. Now I can plug ethernet into my laptop! MUCH IMPROVEMENT! it's worth the effort it took. Better sound and video at my end.
Hoping to get a couple students to do the same thing.

Hi Your Video is helpful. I am also facing internet speed issues while teaching Piano. Upload speed is becoming very slow.
I moved to higher speed internet plans.
But sometimes still upload speed gets slow
Actually there could be any reason for that maybe while touching with the wifi radiation and piano sound something happens

Try calling your internet provider. Sometimes they can change settings to help.

330Mbps…!!! I’ve been clocking 14 at home. Just upgraded to another package that promises up to 100, but they can’t send an engineer until the 6th.

Haha, yeah pretty epic, right?! It used to be 80 though and that was more than adequate.

Colourful Keys oh good! I’m gingerly hoping for 60. Enjoying my online teaching. I can definitely see this being part of my teaching beyond the present situation. It’ll be so good for when students might cancel, say. Thanks for all the help and advice, as ever ☺️
