The luckiest person of 2022: The lawyer who didn’t have to defend Darrell Brooks.

I don't understand how you could have a conversation with this man and not end up assaulting him. How has he made it to his current age in life without being murdered?

He truly is a perfect example of a man-child. I can't wait for this trial to end. He is just infuriating.

I’m honestly kinda glad they let him represent himself, shows the jury everything they need to see.

Idk who else agrees but I am so unbelievably glad Darrell represented himself. This is literally comedy gold all in the midst of knowing he will never see the free world ever again, and it’s just so perfect. I really hope the families got closure knowing this absolute goof will never effect them again

It's the fact that this man-child is someone's father that gets me the most.

Dude is a textbook case of oppositional defiance disorder. He appears to have a compulsion to rebel against any form of authority, even when that authority is potentially working on his behalf. Every comment, every ruling, every argument MUST be met with resistance, no matter the cost to himself.

Sadly, we've ALL met people like this is our lives...but we've never seen anything like this in a court setting, which is showing us in clinical detail, how these people operate .....they basically bully their way to our submission through attrition and exhaustion, until you say, "OK....OK, OK, you win, just stop"

"I'm supposed to just come up with this off the top of my head?!" "Yes, you are." LOL almost as if he doesn't understand what a lawyer does...
