  • Darrell Brooks argued with Judge Jennifer Dorow about closing arguments and what he can and cannot say to the jury deciding whether he is guilty of crashing a car into the Waukesha, Wisconsin, Christmas parade, killing six and injuring dozens of others. Brooks claimed he was going to tell the jury "the truth" and was warned by the judge that there are certain arguments he is not allowed to make including jury nullification, subject matter jurisdiction, the court's oath and more.
