  • Darrell Brooks started Monday's court proceedings by snapping at Judge Jennifer Dorow, who denied his motion to challenge testimony from the state's expert who examined the vehicle that crashed into the Waukesha Christmas parade in December 2021. Brooks told the judge that she was acting with prejudice and said "you need to do your job." Brooks was removed from the courtroom after the judge said he is trying to disrupting the proceedings.

I'm convinced he is trying to bait the judge into losing her temper and snapping on him so he can try and derail this whole trial even further. You can see how frustrated he is that nothing he tries is working. This judge is the epitome of patient and professional.

He tried to coax the judge into losing her temper with him so he could claim she has bias against him or he was hoping she'd throw him out. He wasn't expecting her to have a whole different court room set up, so he could still be present while not in the room
He did the same thing with the state attorneys
When he started to realize that no one was having it he pulled the
"I don't understand" out of his back pocket.
When that didn't work he tried jury nullification...
He's a psychopath and a narcissist he truly believes he shouldn't be held accountable for anything much less the disgusting crimes he's committed this time. He knew if he had a public defender he would be unable to try to force a mistrial and he thought he could use it to his advantage despite being told before the decision was set in stone he could NOT appeal or ask for a mistrial based on no council.
