  • Darrell Brooks is facing life in prison for allegedly crashing his car into the Waukesha Christmas parade in December 2021, killing six and injuring dozens of others. An officer testifying described the incident as an "attack," which Brooks objected to, calling it a disparaging remark. The judge instructed the witness to simply describe what he is seeing without further characterizing it.

I think you find he's saying he's not guilty of murder , which getting snips of the story , may be true and he should be up for
Reckless driving resulting in death sounds like the one.. in my humble opinion.
An attack is premeditated in some degree, he was more running from the cops in his car in a panic , took a wrong turn and crushed some people in the process , it's my slim understanding he had some outstanding pending charges, so if he got arrested for the fight when the cops got called he'd have gone to jail anyway ...
So jumped in his SUV in a panic when the cops was on their way , may be a lil high as he's a known smoker , took a wrong turn and ran into the march totally not thinking..
Which in some respects if there was a planned march the road should have been fully closed off so the state may have a hand in health and safety issues there. ( However due care and attention always a driver responsibility ) basically he's trying to lighten the blow as murder carries life... Death by dangerous driving in my country is max 14 years .. so in theory if it was here , he could do upto 14 years x 5 served all at the same time and be out of jail in 7-8 years ...Murder x 5 there's little chance of parole and sure to die in jail , he's not that old so it be a long arse bird till death 😳

I think you'll find he understands the legal system very well , he's been in and out a jail god knows how many times for years on low level stuff , he's no murderer, I strongly feel he's not guilty of the charges .. it's a lesser charge , death by reckless driving. Which if he can prove himself, he will get out of jail at some point , I think the judge knows this and is secretly on his side , but she's powerless to help him... ( I'm just here for the judge , my kinda woman right there ) 😁

@@TsoneMedia If you've watched literally any of this trial you'd be very aware he has NO understanding of the legal system whatsoever. Having been in jail doesn't mean you're educated on how to represent yourself or someone else in court. Reckless driving causing death means he have to prove he somehow unintentionally hit everyone he injured and killed, when in fact he saw them and CHOSE to drive into them in order to get through the crowd. This isn't like losing control of your vehicle or having brake failure. This is murder by definition.

    • @TsoneMedia

@@bradlasalle2888 we'll have to agree to disagree , I'll stick by he's not guilty of murder , this is why we have these cases as his arse is at stake and they can put him away for the rest of his life x 6 so its important the details and facts are studied as 1 will say this and the other will say that ...he was reckless in a car , he didn't have a plan to get up and go kill people that day .. So you have to understand what Murder means which is all he's up againest .. not the people who I'll say died ( not killed ) as they could have lived , as he didn't just hit the area and start killing people ,, he was pushing through and he got deeper down the street the crowd got bigger and bigger ...he blew past plenty of people not all died .. you killed or people died as a result of your actions are 2 different things ..
It would take a very skilled talker , which he's trying to be where the court is sort of action out side the legal frame work , but if you try breaking those fine details down , their not about to listen , so he can't force the mistrial route ..he;d need a few million in legal team for that ..but he's no killer .. just a bellend who should have stayed at home that day ..Goes back to the saying the more you F around the more your going to find out ..He;s been a waste man for decades ,, now its caught up with him ..
Thats my take on the story and I'll stick to it ,, for him to prove its the case , well he's fighting a lot of people who will twist the facts ..

Given prior behaviour of running her over before, I think the rage tantrums were/are his way of getting others to behave how he wants them to and to try to appease him, ie it gets him his own way. He's never had consequences as his mother bails him out, so he's learned a tantrum gets him what he wants. I think he also likes when others are afraid of him, he gets off on it as per his stare down with the judge when she said it scared her.
