  • While Darrell Brooks has claimed that he was not the driver of the car used in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack, prosecutors laid the hammer down by showing a music video of Brooks prior to the incident that shows the vehicle used in the attack. Brooks faces up to life in prison after prosecutors say he drove into the parade, killing six and injuring dozens of others.

So he is 40 years old, has three children, no job, no car of his own, mummy lets him use her car. Gets money from his baby mama and he is making a music video with mummy's car in the background? I saw his closing arguments where he is crying and I thought finally he is sorry about what he did, then as I listened further I realised he is only crying for himself and what is on its way to him. The man is selfish, and devious.

All of the detectives did. The uniformed police (not detectives) didn’t so much, except Scholton (sp?), the one who shot at him at the end of the parade. The rest didn’t actively eff with him. Scholton didn’t try too hard to aggravate DB, but didn’t back down when DB tried to intimidate him, which pissed Brooks off. The detectives were purposefully aggravating. The effer had it coming and the detectives knew how to play the game.

When you’re in a position like this, you want the worst for the person who has caused you, your family, and your community so much pain…your pain takes a backseat for a really long time, sometimes…like mine did.
I know, because My stepsister’s (at-the-time) boyfriend murdered her in broad daylight, in front of customers as she was assisting a customer. He was a murderous narcissistic psychopath like this guy-worse, in some ways…not to downplay she sheer amount of pain and destruction this Brooks did to multiple families…but just…trust me when I say, this guy was a sicko. He shot her in the head execution style with a .45cal pistol, stole her car, and lead the police on a 30minute police chase, as he tried to get to the border of Mexico.
He tried to bait me into causing a disruption by turning around and staring at me, smiling at me, showing all metal in his mouth from the place where two bullets flew through his face, the entire trial. I just smiled back and nodded my head. The judge was female, like in this case, and I was allowed to speak to him during a recess before the sentencing. The only people in the room were two family members holding my arms, and the Bailiff…ive never heard of such a thing happening in a court proceeding, but I honestly felt like the judge saw my constraint, and wanted to give the ability to address this monster, since I had not given a victim’s statement.
All I said to him was the following:
“I see you…yes, I see you. You may have scared her, but you dont scare me…you and you will never scare her EVER AGAIN…in fact, you lop-sided face makes you look like a RAT. You know what they do to 🐀 where you’re going? ::smirk:: You’ll find out…you’ll find out. You know, I don’t have some big speech to give you, so I will keep this short-I only have this to say to you-SHE’S up there (points up) YOU’RE DOWN HERE (points down), and if I have anything to do with it, you’ll be here for a very long time…so SUFFER SLOW…SUFFER REAL SLOW.”
He never looked at me anymore, until sentencing was handed out, and he was being dragged out of the court room…life in prison, no parole…he was pale, weak on the knees, and looked at me with straight fear in his eyes, and I stared right back into his eyes, smiled, and gave him a golf-clap.
I wont say how, but I made sure he was beaten almost to death 3 times…went to ICU 3 times, each time he’d heal and get out, he’d be beaten to an inch of his life all over again…My people took care of him for me, and I have since cleaned up my act.
When I think of him, I think of that scared face. I saw in the courtroom.
I relished in his suffering for a long time, but I have healed a lot since then…and relish more in the fact that no one knows who he is, the growth I have experienced since that traumatic time in my life, and the way I protected my family from the press when they tried to make my sister’s story a spectacle, like this case, Gabby Petito’s, and others…
I never let it happen, because no matter how willing I was to speak about it, I knew my stepmother wasnt, and she didnt want that kind of exposure in her life. So I protected her, and turned down every call, flicked off every camera, and cursed in every mic so no audio or film would be usable, other than a pic of my sis. I cant even find her killer’s mugshot anymore…but if you’re curious and want to check, it’s Christopher Quartaro. If you find it, comment back and tell me you saw what I had to deal with in the courtroom.

But in order to have done that he would have to have been a man AND THAT HE CERTAINLY ISN'T! It was so obvious that he was his own lawyer so that he could make it all about him and string things along because it was the final thing he would do in his life that wasn't in a cell!

"Are you extremely close to the Prosecution?"
    "Define extremely."
    "No, you define it."
If I had been the witness, I would have said "Sorry, I can't answer a question if I don't know the parameters you're using."

If he was found guilty of contempt of court he would serve additional time in jail which he will already be serving life anyway. But I thought the same thing at first too. Stay well. ; )

In my opinion, it doesn’t seem that Brooks has prepared himself for most of these witnesses. While he seems to readily reach for the witness files from the boxes that were prepared for him by his previous attorneys, he seems to be reading the reports for the first time in order to ask his questions. These questions/answers do nothing to help Brooks; they’re meaningless toward his defense.
