Yesss. Safety in Christ. Joyce Meyer would say stinking thinking. Yep. Grief and fear. Bitter. Not easy. I'm sick of being sick. Thank you.

Can the triggers happen on a subconcious level? Sometimes I dont even know that there's a harmful chemical around but I definetly have a reaction for days untill the chemical fades. Could it be that my body senses the chemical and instead of ignooring it like the average persons body does, it goes in to a reaction? I'm thinking that's the case and I'm also thinking that the symptoms although t
extremely uncomfortable are not really dangerous. "If Im safe I cannot be in danger". I notice at least with minor triggers that If I feel safe I don't react but the same triggers can cause a reaction. Like with cooking. If I'm in control I dont react but if my wife cooks I do.

I believe you have something there. But definitely triggers can be subconscious or unconscious. So I would be looking for that. In any case, if you are safe, you are not in danger, no matter how uncomfortable you may be. 👍🙏❤️
