I couldn't agree more with your words, ... "gave my life to God and restored my relationship with Him" ... as illustrated by the following prayer using caps as emphasis to communicate that GOD KNOWS the heart and how to HEAL it inside and out USING HIS SON JESUS CHRIST.
On a balcony of space STEPPED A PURE AND HOLY GOD. IN AWESOME SOLITUDE YOU STOOD ALONE. Not one faint star to give YOU light; just endless darkness, it was blackest night. But somehow in the darkness YOU COULD SEE.
YOU SAW mountains high and lofty, YOU SAW valleys lush and green. YOU SAW babbling brooks, and wildflowers grow, YOU EVEN HEARD a robin sing. Then through YOUR COMPASSION STANDING OUT THERE IN YOUR TOMORROW, YOU SAW forum's visitors, their families and friends. 🥰
YOU SAW them as sinners (missing the mark resulting in their weaknesses prevailing causing guilt of wrong doing) because there is no intrinsic righteousness in any of us due to Adam’s sin. YOU SAW them as they grew from a baby into adulthood due to YOUR HANDS OF MERCY. 🥰 YOU SAW them pursuing a career path for the purpose of obtaining the gains of the world not realizing that it is a loss compared to what YOU DID on the cross. YOU SAW them working long and laboring hard to receive the grace by justification even though YOU stated, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."(John 6:29 KJV) YOU SAW the unwillingness to accept YOUR PLAN OF SALVATION THROUGH YOUR SON JESUS CHRIST. YOU SAW them living with the guilt of committing crimes to the heart. YOU SAW them enduring personal crisis. YOU SAW the weight of the burden on their hearts with each tribulation. YOU SAW them seeking comfort from the above mentioned topography, ONE OF THE MANY MARVELS YOUR PERFECT HANDS HAVE MADE. 👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾 YOU SAW their worries about tomorrow.
If their hearts were a window that they could look through, oh the pains and scars they would see. What a cruel fate the skin gives as a mask to the inward pain. But the skin couldn’t cover THE SUFFERING YOUR ONE AND ONLY SON BORED on the cross as PAYMENT for all our sins because HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ALONE HAD THE MERIT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR HOLINESS. Indeed, ONLY HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS IS SUFFICIENT TO SAVE us from this present evil world as evidenced by Mary's song of praise. "And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour." (Luke 1:46-47 KJV) Awesome thanks to YOUR GREAT PARDON for being easy on the heart. 🥰
They have seen a lot of crazy things done in YOUR NAME. For example, the father of lies futile attempts to make crooked the right ways of the LORD to turn people away from faith in the WORKS OF JESUS CHRIST ALONE. How can anyone bear the thought of his or her life story detracting from the GLORY AND HONOR KNOWN TO BELONG TO CHRIST ALONE? As a consequence, YOU ARE A MYSTERY OF GREAT MYSTERY to them. Despite this conviction, YOU ARE MINDFUL of them as evidenced by the fact that YOUR JUDGEMENT is not speedy, allowing them to pursue the desires of the flesh.
They are aware of hypocrisy in religious assemblies that like to be seen and heard. In addition, secular education teaches that there is no right and wrong, if GOD exists there is no way of relating to HIM, and moral standards shift according to the whims of fashion. Therefore, their minds are conditioned to question everything this world has to offer including “THY POWER THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE DISPLAYED.” They have accepted the heavy burden of dealing with the troubles of this life and seek to know another way, YOU THE GREAT COMFORTER TO ALL who did receive YOU as their personal SAVIOR. Still, YOU have shown them NEW MERCY every day with each thought they make and each breath they take.
Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movies, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST MAKE them understand that there is no way around YOUR TRUTH, and that there is something about YOUR NAME. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them defeat in their minds what is false in YOUR EYES.
LORD GUIDE their thoughts to know that the path of sin is hard on their hearts for the purpose of crying out to YOU to know the joy, peace of having the heavy burden LIFTED by THE GOD OF PEACE I AM, and ANCHOR their souls in THE HAVEN OF REST. In other words, LORD use the storms in their lives to get a hold of them to trust YOU and believe. In truth, YOU ARE THE JOY that seekest them through pain.
LORD HELP their fainting hearts to believe that YOU, who was slain on the cross over 2000 years ago has the POWER TO CHANGE lives today through the INSTANTANEOUS GREAT FAVOR from GOD to the house of Israel made known in believers by YOU to make YOUR NAME EVERLASTING. 🥰 For as the statue liberates the citizens so the cross liberates the soul. ONLY YOU can calm the trouble waters of the mind when one admits to wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, JESUS IS LORD, and believes in the heart that GOD RAISED HIM from the dead TO LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt away from the heart in accordance to YOUR WORD found in Psalm 51:1-10 KJV. 👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾 O, the wonder of it all to experience within the flesh the feeling of a tree being cut back/pruned in order for it to grow stronger and more beautiful after meditating on the words of said Psalm. 🥰🙌🏻🙌🏾
LORD MAKE them know that ONLY YOUR HOLY SPIRIT, through the experience of a new birth within believers, can prevent the family circle from being broken because THE HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE YOU HAVE GRANTED means a chapter of their lives is decided. Creation sings the rebirth song for them yearly, through YOUR PROMISE of springtime, giving rise to the idea that by the mention of YOUR NAME flowers grow, and the desert blooms again. 🥰
LORD GUIDE their understanding of words to use to come into YOUR PRESENCE with an honest reverence of WHO YOU ARE to experience the beauty that time can't erase YOUR WISDOM resting on their faces. LORD STRENGTHEN their determination to never waiver in efforts to search for YOU because the wages of sin is too high for anyone to pay. Additionally, THE KING OF KINGS is needed in their hearts to learn how to expand their capacity to love for YOU are LOVE in any language. 🥰 Once they learn to speak it with boldness through YOUR WONDERFUL COUNSELING all the world will hear, and know that LOVE is the language of their hearts. So LORD, KEEP KNOCKING on their door until they let YOU in to know hardships and struggles will end with a GREAT CELEBRATION WITH YOU. 🥰🙌🏻🙌🏾
If one believes faith cannot be forced, YOU WILL GIVE that individual over to the stubborn heart to follow own counsel which will surely fail him or her to the extent that the punishment will last forever found in Psalms 81 NIV. Given this, I pray that YOU WILL MAKE that person see that this feeling is wasted for a world in which we become strangers as we age, gives us thrills instead of peace, aims to solve a problem but creates another, and unrest surges with each passing generation. Shed some light into their broken hearts for YOU ARE THE GREAT JEHOVAH, THE GOD THAT HEALETH thee.
Lastly, LORD when they call on YOU in earnest prayer to come into their hearts to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life), I pray that YOU WILL GIVE them the blessed assurance of their salvation because nothing breaks YOUR HEART, or tears YOU apart like when they cry from the trials of the devil who comes to slander, falsely accuse, steal, kill & destroy. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh.
O LOVE that will not let them go. When they don't have the strength to try, and have cried all they can cry hear their hearts that need YOU more today than yesterday. Many thanks LORD for speaking TRUTH in our lives TO BLESS those who are not offended by THEE. LET YOUR WILL BE DONE because YOUR LOVE ALONE CONQUERS everything by WAITING for them to cease struggling, and finally surrender to YOUR EMBRACE to learn about YOUR LOVE AND PROMISE TO TAKE CARE of your children exquisitely. 🥰 Since... "at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore"... (Psalms 16:11 KJV), and the nail print for them to know YOU by answering the following question. How did CHRIST LOVE people into a relationship with HIM? 🥰
The more I pray and stay in the Word, the more the anxiety goes away. I had become so despondent about how bad my life was going and how anxious that made me that I stopped praying, stopped reading my Bible, stopped fasting and meditating. I just felt like there was no hope for me, so I gave up. Now, I feel much better, and the anxiety isn’t keeping from living my life anymore ( except driving).
And that's how you know you're truly saved.
I suffered from anxiety for more than 15 years. I can relate myself with Cindy. Only Jesus was my physical and spiritual doctor. He also blessed me with a very kind and caring husband who'd pray for me constantly. A good husband is also a blessing from God.
Jesus is the way,the truth and the life. Amen

I recently just found out I have breast cancer. Please pray for me brothers and sisters. I’ve been dealing with crazy anxiety and panic attacks! Please help pray to remove all this away from me. I know God will never leave nor forsake me. With his stripes we are healed! Love u all. Bless all! Amen!
Remember, it's the devil that steals, kills, and destroys (John 10:10). Anxiety is FEAR and 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, love, and a sound mind (KJV). It is essential that you realize you're battling the devil and his wicked spirits so take Paul's advice (Ephesians 6:10-18) and win in Jesus' Name, Amen ❤️
There is an amazing book I've read called Winning the war in your mind by Craig Groeschel which speaks on anxiety and replacing those thoughts with scripture & now currently reading The power of your words by Don Gossett that speaks on confessing what we posses and many chapters will repeat on being Healed by his stripes. I'm praying for you! 🙏

God bless you. He is always near and will never forsake us. So trust in the Lord. He will use all our circumstances for our good even if it looks impossible now, all things are possible with God. My dear friend had a rare form of aggressive breast cancer that metastasized to the lymph nodes. A year later, she is cancer-free. Praise the Lord Jesus for answered prayer! My prayers are with you!

I am in tears. I have dealt with anxiety for 6 years now and this is so encouraging because many times I have convinced myself that this is a forever thing. Im so ready to be freed from anxiety.

I had the same thought when I had bad anxiety. The moment it hit me that I was going to be suffering the rest of my life. But youre not! God delivered me from it. I have NEVER met anyone that would have the thoughts and pictures pop up like I did. The Lord told me to always lean on him and his truth and that to go down the path of “what ifs” is demonic. We live in the present and we live in Gods truths. I’m just in shock bc I have always dealt with with these images and seeing these horrible things and sometimes they are so silly I just laugh but when I was younger this was stuff that would put such fear in me it shaped my life wrongly for a long time. Praise God it doesn’t anymore. God is faithful and he is our key freedom! This blessed me so much.

Jesus has set me free from anxiety I am just like you, I never invited Jesus in because I thought my anxiety was to big for him. My God was bigger! He WILL heal you! It takes time, work, obedience, listening, but the Lord will guide you to freedom! I would never have thought in my entire life, I could say I’m free from the taunting insanity thoughts. But I am. I will say this I was on Xanax for over 12 years has severe anxiety attacks it took a while but I'm telling you Jesus helped me through it I have been off the anxiety medicine and I have not had but probably one or two anxiety attacks in the last 15 years

I’m a born again believer and still struggle with ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. Mental health and the Christian walk is so misunderstood and although Christian’s try to help a lot of times with no understanding of the complex dynamic of spiritual mental health they end up doing more damage than good. Most importantly, I went through debilitating fear for 3 straight months and I found that praying with all of your heart telling God what you're feeling helps tremendously, indeed I'd say that's the key! Also, spending time meeting with Jesus by asking him to supernaturally speak directly and personally through His Living Word. It's very likely the demons are oppressing you with lies about God's character or your own security and salvation as a child of God so I recommend reading Romans and Psalms.

Me too. When she mentioned the driving and crashing into the tree, I have that thought intensely when I drive. It causes me to panic while driving and even stay away from driving. Let's use the tools she talks about, God told her that others will be helped and free by her testimony and they'll use the tools he gave her. We will get through it

This was for me. I recently gave my life to Christ and I’ve been battling infection and mysterious illnesses, but because of ptsd and panic attacks, anxiety and depression, I never felt like I could truly be Christian and trust God. Always feeling like something bad would happen, especially when I’m ill because illness is linked to my ptsd. I was so dependent on people like Cindy. My family and boyfriend, and I saw images of dead people, myself included. My mind would always race and I always would seek a self-fulfilling life online where I could pretend to be happy and I just ended up becoming more and more depressed. I am now learning to now be dependent on the Lord, thank you so much Cindy.

Lord that was such a beautiful testimony. I'm sitting here in a puddle of tears. I have dealt with postpartum anxiety since giving birth 5 months ago and just know that your testimony.has touched me to my soul. I hope to have that breakthrough testimony soon. God bless your ministry.
I had a horrible mental oppression for a long time due to the labor n delivery pain. I did delivery without medication and i remember i yelled “im going to die” tons of times. I came into agreement with fear. The enemy took advantage of my fragile mind and for three years fear panic anxiety and depression followed me. Until last summer the shadow of death (suicide) pressed for me to end my life. That’s when i became desperate, i have three little kids that depend on me. I found out i need it to renounce to fear and so many other issues. I got a deliverance done plus i had to learn to take back dominion over my mind with scriptures i take every negative thought of fear captive to the cross. I know now how to pray warfare prayers n cast out the devil out my house n atmosphere.
Jesus is healing me, the shadow of suicide went away. It used to come at night for months and torture my stomach. I would shake and tremble with fear i had no energy to pray nor open the Bible. I lost 30 lbs and half my hair, i was fighting for my life. I thought i was condemned and i was hell bound. The torment was horrendous.
But once i learned about my identity in Christ, how deeply loved i am by Heaven, how Jesus washed away my sins from the past, how i learned to take dominion over my
mind with scriptures and FAITH, then i felt i started to recover quickly. I’m so so much better now. Praise to Almighty God my deliverer my strength my love.
It was in my deliverance session where d Holy Spirit showed me the spirit of death entered my body in labor n delivery.

As someone who dealt with Anxiety, I know how it feels. Not being able to sleep at all, eat at all, really bad headaches. Constant bad thoughts, dizziness. My health declined a lot, I also lost a lot of weight within that one year I lost 65 lbs. Going to the hospital a couple of times hoping there is a cure so that I wouldn’t feel crazy. I felt alone during this time which lasted a year, i thought I would deal with it forever. Little did I know Jesus was with me all along. Little by little I was freed by anxiety, and panic attacks. This happened 7 years ago, me being 18 at the time. That year should’ve been the best time of my life I was graduating high school, going to college. But the enemy saw I was weak and anxiety literally creeped into my life. I was so happy before anxiety came to my life, but that year was so hard on me.
I can look back at it now as a chapter in my life that was dark but Jesus was with me. Reading the Bible gives me so much peace.

I’ve accepted the lord in my life but I just didn’t feel as connected as I wanted to be. I ask the lord why me why did I go through the things in my past and why was I so anxious now. Very moving story. I was saved back when I was 15. November 18th 1995. I tried to walk in his path but it didn't last long. I've always had anxiety as well since I can remember. Still do to this day. Started drinking and drugging when I was around 16 and am still drinking quite a bit. After starting in AA when I was 18 or so I knew I was an alcoholic but didn't care. I have always loved The Lord though even though I have been angry with him many times. I've also tried suicide at least 10 times. I also have a major pornography issue. I was diagnosed with depression, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and paranoia in my 20's. Still have these issues and have to take meds for them. I always get the "what if's too". Sometimes, it's what if he/she/they don't like me and other times it's downright terrifying. I always picture being jumped, or shot or followed. It can get real bad. The alcohol takes it away while wasted but after sobering up it comes back with a vengeance. Then I also feel like God is mad at me for drinking or what I may have done while drunk. I pray but I always feel like everyone dislikes me, even God sometimes.
Please pray for me. So I can stop the drinking, the porn, the anxiety & fears disappear forever and most of all truly know and remember that God loves me and will always love me no matter what.
Hi, have you gone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ? It's an amazing repentance process and a lot of Christians are in bondage to lies... and we need to daily encounter truth since we are Satan's main target. Remember, it is not about trying to do better so that God will love you but rather God loves you and so you can now selflessly and supernaturally pursue a more intimate and deeper relationship with Jesus by being fully dependent upon Christ to live through you. Also, I recommend reading a book called the Bondage Breaker by Neil Anderson if you haven't read it yet. Also, remember that Christian life is literally impossible if you're trying to do it by yourself but rather pray to God and tell him that it's impossible by yourself and then from that place of humility He can start to supernaturally change your heart as you trust him more and more with each step of faith. There is true freedom in Christ when you are no longer motivated by guilt, shame or fear, but rather by God's love. The good news is that His loving-kindness is right here... you don't earn it but rather believe and recieve!
My brother Christ is your strength. Rely on God and he will give you the strength you need. I’m praying for you. As you see God has healed many of his people. You are no different than them. We all will receive healing and freedom in Jesus name.

That's why I've always said that a great psychologist is someone who has studied spiritual counseling and combined it with psychology, has God as their basis, Jesus as their personal savior, and the Holy Spirit as their teacher and counselor.
As a young Christian, I studied philosophy and psychology in school, but I always had the knowledge and discernment to compare what I was learning in those areas to what I already understood spiritually. I struggle with agoraphobia and it’s very hard to live a normal life.
But when it was at its worse I couldn’t leave my home and I thought I was going to be single for the rest of my life.
God then led me to pray for my husband to pray for his health and other things. I told God I trust that he will write my love story. Long story short I met my husband on Fb. We then finally dated. I was then afraid to have a wedding. But it happened ❤️ and lately I’ve been falling back into the anxiety darkness again. It’s hard to leave my home again. It’s torment. I’m scared to have children because of it and I feel like I’ve lost so many years of my life due to it.
But this testimony has helped so much! Because intrusive thoughts are a big reason for the agoraphobia.

Girl so relatable. I can’t pinpoint why my anxiety started. I had my first panic attack at 8, and have had them on and off ever since..I had the same thoughts. I was scared I’d hurt other people or myself. I still have those thoughts sometimes and it does make me upset because I have kids and it scares me. I want to be free

I have a story almost identical to yours. I’m here crying because I’m actually listening to this because of the anxiety and depression I’m suffering with. When you spoke of the dream, I couldn’t help but cry because I’m currently pregnant and waiting for my husband to come back home…I was once a kid like you, swore I would never get married because of the hurt that men inflicted onto me. Jesus chose this life for me, and I’m still trying to understand why I have this anxiety. I’ll continue to pray for an answer. I can’t allow my baby to be affected by my own fears.

I love the toolbox analogy. God has actually put a toolbox analogy in my mind to meditate over for many years, but it doesn't refer to the specific tools he gives individuals, but how individuals themselves are tools in Gods hand. It's very easy in church culture for a leaning towards homogenizing the church body into a group of individuals with all one function, but God gives us all unique backgrounds, challenges, and strengths that make us our own tools. It is very much the picture of "The body of Christ" in that we all have specific functions and some of us are even hidden from the public to not know our functions. Some are between just us and the Lord. I'm glad for your testimony, Cindy. Please remember that the amount God works through you is not limited to how well you feel you are doing. You have a powerful message and it's hugely in part of where God has lead you through these dark times. God gives us each a lot we much accept. Many times it is painful, but don't give up on God because of your continued challenges with mental health. I have gone through the wringer myself and I'm reminded often of Job who was cheated out of all his earthly comforts by Satan which was allowed by God. We're all going to experience suffering in this life as a result of sin itself, and out of the battle against it, but thank God that we are still used regardless in our time of weakness! “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong!"

This testimony has made me realize that not only me but many others have had someone in their family had rape them and at young age. We had a family member that suddenly turned born again Christian, shortly after she's had anxiety, hate and jealousy take over her. It's almost as if she's possessed.
We all have our trials. I can't relate to wanting to die as a way out; but I thankful you found the Holy spirit. Anxiety is a physical problem I have to treat medically. Exercise is a great source of health and physical peace. God bless you for sharing!

I am crying so hard. I have dealt with anxiety so much in my life. I accepted myself as a worry wart and just chained myself down as such. I don’t trust myself to know when an attack is coming. I always assume that I am the reason why bad things happen. I never thought it would be a spiritual attack from the devil.

I’m coming on here a bit late and don’t know the whole story but just want to say it’s totally okay if you ever don’t want to have contact with your uncle. That is also okay with Jesus. I have worked through so much forgiveness, but also feel free to have solid boundaries that do not put me or my own family in uncomfortable circumstances. I feel this really needs to be said in the Latino community where we are taught to forgive and not talk about things.

Great testimony, Jesus literally has taken me out from a deep dark place where I was for over a year. He was always there reminding me of his presence, and little by little pulling me out. I went from having a 30 second attention span,no sleep, barely eating to now almost no anxiety. I still have a few anxious moments now and then but I know how to get out of it now.

I love this so much. I have been trying to find that “thing” to help me with this anxiety. My anxiety has been so crippling and it’s been so hard to take care of myself and focus on work.

Her testimony resonates with me so much because Satan had over the years before my rebirth and well into my rebirth "set up such a second natural skin of anxiety and worry as a stronghold" that I did not know life could exist without it. I had gotten used to it. I was so duped by the enemy with this way of life and it was exhausting and weary. But God in his mercy saw the exact moment I needed a personal touch of education from him with the Holy Spirit ( despite my awareness of his word) he texted me through my husband with that oh-so-familiar Shepard's voice/words/way and speech. That was not my husband, and he was only a conduit, the Spirit revealed some lovely things to me that my husband did not even know what he wrote. He couldn't remember. That personality was NOT my spouse whom I have been married to now for nearly 20 years.
He also told me what I could do better and differently to help me really gentle in his words, and how the enemy had taken over in this area. He said a lot of personal things to me that no human had ever heard. it was so obvious it was Jesus and the Spirit (God). The things he said to me made a lot of sense. I listened, I thought, and I pondered. He even started the long 8-paragraph text with I know you will want to ponder this ( which Is how I am). He said things to me that was enough to motivate me for the rest of my life with hope, but he never gave away too much. There was so much he said to encourage me in so little. Every word was perfectly said.
It would still take me several years, to put it all into practice. It was not easy. I still messed up. I still took so long, but one day, I remember listening to the words I was saying to myself "it is time to start worrying now". The Spirit made me slow down and pay attention to that thought that I was literally being led into the worry that is like chains or preoccupation and can really affect mental health as the prisoner of Satan with his darts and ways. That moment was a defining time for my healing when he made me aware of what I was being led to do and start and interrupted. I have gotten much better. I do not live with the "worry belly of poison" as my existence anymore because of his help to bring awareness and I can use my choice to REJECT it. I can replace it with faith in Jesus to help me.
I was healed a little bit at a time. God has given me some really good advice, and It was hard to put into practice, but the AWARENESS he gave me was a slowly by surely good way to confront the enemy and stop doing some of the things on a practical basis that was opening the doors to let the enemy tie me up with worry. it was pervasive. It was a "part of me". This was after I was saved many many many years.
Well, it has been about 5 years or so, and I have been set free from that torture to the extent that it was a stronghold on my life. it was bad! I was driving my husband crazy with it, and it was also birthed from someone sinning against me and living in a very abusive scary "never knowing when the show would drop" life with an alcoholic and a workaholic, and It set the pace for my existence. To see how far I have come since that day God texted me clearly what to do ( I was oblivious to it) and the other gentle, kind, loving, sweet, envigorating things he said to me, the way he spoke to me, how he called me "Daughter" was all just ENCOURAGING. I am much much much better now, It has been a journey, I tell you. The Way he treated me was so gentle and loving and healing. That is something that is the best when GOD enters into your suffering and aids you because you need him. He did that and I am so much better.
I am not saying I never have it now on occasion, but it is not something that plagues and stalks me as it did. I really was a slave to it and it affected me badly. It is so different. In fact, I was struck one day with that peace in a space of time that I had gotten used to experiencing because of Jesus Christ and his beautiful Spirit, and I remember for a moment feeling the absence of something I wasn't experiencing and I was wondering to myself in my thoughts what was different. It was the shackles of the constant fear that had been gone for so long. I was getting used to feeling normal. I attribute all this freedom to Jesus Christ the patient, the Kind, who saw I was not getting it, I was so unaware, and he reached out to me in my pain in a way that was custom for me. That is how much this God of Love poured his goodness out to me, little ol me. I will forever be grateful to Jesus for helping me in a very practical way.
I've been like this for a long time so much anxiety today I was
Child abuse with my biological father.
So I did the same thing.
Like you did surround myself with family becoming one with God everyday. So I sing and enjoy I am very happy for everything and for my new father my Mom married. Since the mid-2000s. Not a day goes by I think about my old life. So I'm moving on. To be honest it feels good to feel change for now. To change my ways will God everyday. Amen.

I have struggled with anxiety go over 20 I never gave up hope keep praying I new Jesus was my
savior but still struggled with anxiety and later dizziness and had to stop going places even church finally I was able to go back to church thing we're going good I got saved and baptized in the holy spirit traveled with my church went out reaching and street preaching then my attacks and dizziness came back I have not gone much places in the last 4 months or more but I ain't losing hope I know eventually Jesus will help me my Lord will save me from this torment so I just keep praying along with my church and there was other people that keep praying for me.

I had the same testimony of the Lord's greatness in my life. What freed me then was from 1 John 4:18. It is the perfect love of Jesus that helped me through..it has impacted my life that as long as I have the love of Jesus.. I have Jesus in my life..and so the journey of freedom begins.
Hey sis I struggled with the same thing before God deliver me back in 2015 stay focus on the word ,God said a mind the trust in him he will keep my mind in perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, I had to turn off TV ,and really get Intimate with the lord i mean I shut up in this house and ask God to teach me like he taught his 12 disciples, you really have too press in plus hopefully you are spiritually filled meaning that comforter God let behind for you ,that guides you through all truth I pray for you sis that you really press in to God, because he's so so real ,I was suicidal, depressed, cutting my self etc, but God is a deliver, and nothing too hard for the lord ,I free in my mind no more medication keep pressing sis, God is no respect of person God bless you 🙏❤

I have struggle with anxiety to the point were i thought i had a problem with my heart but i tell u God is biger if u had faith as little as a rise seed he will take anything that the enemy wants to put in ur mind.
