Oh my!!! I have been dealing with this heavy lately. My mind is even tired from overthinking so much. I know that God called you to speak to others including me! I have been trying to perform at work because I've always felt unqualified or an imposter. I second guess myself and over think everything. I am drained mentally. I want to be free and thrive. I know a lot of these issues stems from my childhood due to being bullied and called stupid. I am 41 years old now and those experiences still hunts me to this day. Thank you so much. I just want to live in freedom. My brain hurts so much. Tired of worrying.

I’m in my car balling my eyes out. I prayed to God 5 minuets before I hopped on RUclips and your video popped up. I just had this conversation with God and crying about it. I just started school, got a higher position at work and working through marriage and I feel like I’m failing everything so thank you for this .

I really relied heavily on the Holy Spirit and he walked me through a lot of deliveries, and He always led me to helpful resources that would help with my mindset, and how to overcome any other anxiety and fear that I was facing. Speaking the word of God out of your mouth is the only way to really defeat the spirits and maintain your mind afterwards because it’s all done in the power of the Holy Spirit. I also practice mind management by using my cast your cares guided journal that really helps me to dissect my thoughts and make sure that I’m combating it with scripture.

Ever since i started praying i've been feeling like the enemy is trying to attack me through anxiety, fear of the future and perfectionism. I've been dealing with failure for the third year. I feel like i'm constantly bringing my parents down. I've been comparing myself to some people. Like everything is going down the wrong path. The only person who gives me hope is Jesus.
Whenever we decide to get right with God satan will throw spiritual warfare at us like crazy so we stop following him. He knows God's purpose for our life and he knows that we will reach that purpose by following God. You are a huge threat to his kingdom so he will do everything in his power to break you down. Do not crack under the pressure. Its important that you meditate consistently to strengthen your spirit and your mind so that you wont give into temptation. You got this!
