Wonderful to see you looking so well Paul. You should be very proud of yourself, you came through some horrible experiences and are now trying to help others. Great to hear how you have identified and can share steps to protect your well- being.

You're right, diet is overlooked in mental health. And that's not wise: you are right, diet is connected. There's a book called "Food and Behavior". That book name alone should tell one something, and the fact that someone bothered to seriously write a book about it. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) also recognizes the importance of diet on emotional (and I think mental) health, so it's far from a new concept. But it's good to hear you voice it out.
I have had psychosis for 8 years now, more on than off, and I've tried pretty much everything you can think of to manage it. Methods like acupuncture and chakra work, can work, but you better have a real master acupuncturist who knows exactly what they're doing if you want it to help you. Chakra work is a bit easier, so is meditation. Then there's BioGeometry too, costs a bit but is only one-time investment and stays with you for life for almost no maintenance. I got more methods listed on my channel in one video in the "Psychosis and Schizophrenia - My Views" playlist if you need em. Many of those methods also improve your quality of life, so it's not time wasted to do them.

Great to hear your psycosis story mate. I had no idea. A lot of what you said resignated with my drug induced episode in Amsterdam. It's actually alarming how many things we both did in common! Delusions of grandure. Jesus reincarnate. Invincibility. Public nudity. Wondering around like crazy people for days. Then the recovery process. I did without medication but it was very similar. The post psychic depression was lengthy and I also had extreme social anxiety. Also, thought everyone was talking about me at the time.. Almost killed myself but I confronted that demon and made big healthy changes which was the beginning of my new better life. Anyway, I also made a full recovery and I appreciate you sharing your story. You're helping people by sharing this. It's very brave.
PS. Might want to consider that chronic brain trauma also triggers psycosis. I've seen happen a few times with fellow fighters. Might be something to consider..
    Stay well champ.

Yo Dylan. Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your thoughts and experiences. It's great encouragement for me to continue down this path.
It's crazy how are stories are so similar. Maybe that's not coincidence, I'm not sure.
Now you mention about your drug induced episode, I think it could have played a factor it mine too. Where we met, the stuff was so strong
