MYY, no sarcasm on my part, 20mm does make a huge difference for the Chunk. It is all about what is important to the individual. The SB100 might make the best all day bike, but a high travel rig like the SB150 makes the best One-Bike. To me, if I could only pick one bike, I would always opt for the higher travel option. I keep coming back to this video (Have YOU watched it lately, Jason?) because it seems this bike is the smoothest, quietest and fastest bike you've ever ridden on Jacob's. I'm not any particular Yeti fan but this video makes me think seriously about getting one of these SB150s. I'm really surprised you didn't and haven't because you say all the right things when you're riding, and everyone knows ALL bikes have a minor (sometimes MAJOR) area of weakness, but this seems to more than make up for any minor sluggishness (coming out of the turns) in all the other ways you rave about here. It gives me confidence in it just watching YOU ride it! - lol - So what about dialing one in YOUR way - wheels, tires, carbon bars & stem, seat rails, etc. etc. - wouldn't it be even more poppish? I’m surprised by how much more enthusiastic you are about the 150 over the 130. I would have guessed the other way around. And I think you’re doing a great job on the videos and reviews. 👍
@@mtbyumyum a friend, who is a seasoned rider, has ridden the 100, 130 and 150. He said the 130 is the weakest link. He described the suspension as "oddly mushy." Thoughts on this?

Soo stoked to see this review!! Long awaited and well worth it! Even further makes my new big bike purchase more interesting. I agree, when you climb you feel more movement on fork than on rear shock, find kind of weird to feel BB right under center of rider.... bit strange for leg muscles! Have on mine oval ring 32-34 and it makes pedaling very responsive and snappy ,bike just surprises me every time how playful and nimble is, looks big and heavy and you sit on it and whole negatives magically disappear ..... Thank you for another great review V!
Nice job Jason. This looks like an awesome bike but just a bit too much travel for me, my Ripmo is probably too much bike for me also but I love it. I'm still going to complain that a bike that costs as much as it does should have a threaded bottom bracket cause I'm stubborn about that. One thing Yeti does right, good looking paint on all their models. If I could make a request it would be a good review of the Evil Offering. Congrats to anyone getting a sb150, you're going to have a blast.
@@mtbyumyum that ks again for making the effort to provide these video reviews. Super helpful and you all look like you're having an excellent time on the trails. And how lovely is it in Autumn?
Another great review. I have this on my demo list. Would love to see you test ride a local Fezzari La Sal Peak. In the past haven’t really liked the brand but seems like this year the la sal peak is making some waves at the Bible in southern utah.
I stopped by Fezzari last week as I was headed through Utah, and really impressed by that bike. I, too, asked for a La Sal Peak review under the 130 review! Haha. I think the Signal Peak also looks impressive. Their customer service is really good.
Yeah... for whatever reason I've not had the chance to ride the Fezzari bikes yet. I've still not ridden a YT bike, Commencal or Canyon either... The direct to consumer bikes are interesting to me and would like to see what they're all about. That said, I prefer to purchase from a bike shop I know and trust in the event I need service or warranty work.
MTB yumyum , yeah usually the direct to consumers is hard to demo since you usually have to purchase it, but since Fezzari is local they will let you demo their bikes in northern Utah.
I own an sb5.5c and an Evil Following MB. Was looking to replace the 5.5c, Was thinking of a sb130 a sb150 or an Evil Offering. I Demo’d the sb150 and just didnt really care for it. I ended up buying an Evil Offering. And Love it!
I think it would be cool if you went through what you’ve reviewed for the year say, in January? 29ers, 27.5, short travel, long travel. Top five all time bikes? Maybe highlights of the year? You have done so much in the couple years I’ve been following you! Nice work! 👌🏽
Its amazing how good these bikes are getting. I just got a Rallon and the combination of climbing handling and downhill smashing should not be physically possible.
I demoed a Rallon in Sedona last month for 3 days and felt the same as you and that's coming from a guy who rides a 120mm bike back east. Where did you buy your bike from if you don't mind me asking?
Mtb yum yum your channel is great. Are there any transition bikes that you have on your list to demo and review? I hear you mention salt cycles carries them just curious what you'd have to say about their bikes. I'm getting ready to buy a new fs in the spring and your channel as been a huge help.
Thanks, glad I can help as a point of reference for you! Transition bikes are pretty rare in my area and in as much as Salt Cycles is a Transition dealer, they don't have any demo bikes or much stock to speak of where Pivot, Yeti and Ibis dominate sales in my area and for their shop. That said, I'd really like to try the entire Transition lineup!
Great review, I enjoy these sorts of videos so keep them coming! Love to own one of these Yeti mtbs (one day) but prices for them in OZ are eye watering.
MTB yumyum any reservations about getting a SC Hightower for my rocky Northeast PA trails? I know you have some good experience on that bike. Not looking to do anything but trial riding with lots of climbing and gnarly roots and rocks. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Yeah.. the Hightower by today's geometry and standards leaves a bit to be desired... I'd take a look at the Rocky Mountain Instinct, Pivot Trail 429 or the Yeti SB130 for a do everything trail bike.
Interesting on how Yeti is switching things up and making changes that was begged for years ago and they're getting better and better. I'm glad that I didn't get to ride the Yeti's this past summer at Dirt Fest because I'm looking forward to riding the newest one's when I get a chance. But I have to admit that the Ibis HD4 felt perfect for me and my son said the same thing.... Damn I need to win the lottery!! LOL
I took a 2016 trance, installed a 157 shock and a lyrik 160 and a works components 2 degree slacker headset on it. Its a hoot to ride. Very supple setup with a few vol spacers. 35mm id rims, minion out front and a rock razor super g out back. It has a few issues though. Flopy at low speed, geo isnt as high in the front as i would like, rear shock maint is nightmarish and the cable routing is very poor. Besides that it fun to ride. Swapped in a new bb. Wheel manufactures pf threaded w angular bearings. Pretty light bike, i but not to durable lol. Its now a giant franken bike lol
Really helpful to test a long travel bike out on smoother flows trails because even when riding AM/Enduro riders almost always end riding some less extreme trails. How ever givens it’s basically a gnarly Enduro bike it would be optimal to test it on some rougher, steeper, technical sections. Perhaps you have tried it subsequently on these.
It seems like you're just holding back most of the trail, that you could easily go maybe 30% quicker. Have my first SB130 on the way, and your review of that really helped me decide. If that goes well, I may get a 150 in a few years. Great trails and riding in the vid too
Yeah, me too. Perhaps I'm more comfortable with longer travel 29ers.... I always worry about that getting in the way of a proper review. It's honestly one of the areas I'm most critical and self conscious about when doing these test ride reviews. I try not to get my biases, preferences and frame of mind or experience to much in the way of the new experience and content I produce here on MTB yumyum. Hope that makes sense. All that said, the sb150 is probably the most fun bike I've ridden all year!
Great review. I’ll be sure to check out the live stream tomorrow. Interesting how you said it’s the most confident you’ve been on Jacobs. I’ll have to get over to salt cycles and check one out. Would you say you feel nearly equally as confident on Jacobs with your HD4? Obviously different bikes and wheel sizes, but just seeing your thoughts on how they handle the chunk.
Thanks Tom. Yeah, for sure pop into Salt and check it out! The sb150 handles the higher speed better and had traction for days. The HD4 is more playful and has a bit more pop to it, particularly with the DPX2 shock. They're just different. One other thing I plan on talking about tomorrow night on the live stream, this was the second time I rode the new GRIP2 Fox 36 Fork... I think that may have had something to do with it.... I'm not planning on buying the sb150 as I prefer the smaller 27.5 wheel for super gnarly days in Park City, Deer Valley and LCC
Loved the review! Thanks Jason. Unfortunately going to miss the livestream tomorrow. I hope this question gets asked if not maybe you can answer it here. How much less playful do you think the 150 is vs the 130? I rode the 130 after you took it back to Salt and I trying to get a day on the 150. The 130 was an amazing experience for sure.
Yeah, this is really the question isn't it. It's nice to have big bike for those fast chunky rides but the rest of the time when you're on regular every day single track is the sb150 as fun as the sb130, Pivot Trail 429, Rocky Mountain Instinct, Ibis Ripmo and so on.... Let's talk about it tomorrow night at the Live stream!
Hey your still killing it! I wanted to ask if you still like your forefront helmet or if you would recommend something else? Took a spill last week down in Moab and am needing to replace my helmet. Thanks in advance and keep up the content!
good question... I wish I would have ridden the sb5.5 more recently... I'll talk about this in tomorrows live stream! If you're considering the sb150, take the sb130 out of your mind... it's not even close.
Love your reviews Jason. I think if I were looking for a new ride and could afford it, the 130 is the one. I don’t have enough down hill here in Jersey for a monster like the 150.
Great job with your channel! I watch all your video from the beginning. I ride the Rocky Mountain Instinct BC Edition 2018. Do you think it compares with the SB150?
Yeah, it's just different. The X2 out back just creates so much traction. The sb150 just tracked the ground so well. The Altitude is a much more playful and poppy bike made to shape any trail into a ride of pure joy and that's what I love so much about that bike. But for high speed chunk and riding on the absolute limit, grab the sb150. It's that good!
@@mtbyumyum How about that Propain review? I watched the 2019 Red Bull downhill in Wales and the rider on the Propain did great, looks like quite the downhill machine but how's it climb? Obviously you've probably got a more trail oriented model. I'm looking forward to the review.
Another awesome and solid review Jason! For someone whose just not sure bout a 29er yet (5’10, 260) would you “lean” toward a RM Element, Yeti SB130/150, or Ripmo?
I think you mean RM Instinct? Element is 100mm Instinct is 140mm It all just depends on the terrain you ride most often. If it's chunky really high speed you'll want the sb150 or Ripmo. If it's more single track riding with the occasional high speed gnarly trail, go SB130, RM Instinct or Pivot Trail 429
MTB yumyum yes the Instinct BC edition l was looking at but no chance to demo yet. Love the adjustability of the RM bikes (non BC) but will def try the SB130. I’ve heard the Yeti bikes liked to “flex” a bit but def would like to ride back to back with the Ripmo. Tuning in tomorrow, thanks!
I just finished watching a bunch of your other videos and this SB150 seems to be the fastest, quietest and smoothest of all the bikes you've ridden on Jacob's. I'm wondering how well the 27.5" SB140 will fare by comparison
Great video again,, A few months ago , you told us that the Ibis HD4 was your fastest time down jacob's ladder, how would you compare both of these bikes. The reason I ask this question, because I have both the Ibis HD4 and Yetti 150, and I could use your feedback.
I don't push it to hard on the demo rides for the sake of filming, talking and not buggering up a demo bike in the event of a crash... that said, I'm guess my fastest time down Jacob's could be on just about any of the mid-long travel bikes available right now. Bigger factors would include; wind, dirt condition and fitness for peddling the flat sections. My fastest time to date is still the Ibis HD4 at 2:22
Yeah, that's something that many people have asked me to do... would just take so much more time that I frankly don't have. I would love to be able to do better more in-depth reviews and looks at bikes though for sure!
Great review as always! Love the detail you put into your bike reviews. I'm very conflicted between getting the '19 Bronson or the Yeti sb150. I've ridden both and I absolutely fell in love with the Bronson. However, I was able to test the Bronson on some rowdy enduro style tracks at my local mountain where the bike was in its element. I was only able to take the sb150 on glorified xc trails. I know, that should be illegal. I still loved the sb150 but was unable to test the limits of the bike. After watching your video (and your '19 Bronson video) I'm curious how the sb150 would do on my trails. I was set on the Bronson, but your video has made me reconsider. Any quick thoughts between the two given your experience on both? I know they are somewhat different classes of bikes, but I'm not always riding full on enduro trails, so worried about the Sb150. Anyways, I'll hopefully be able to make the live stream tomorrow. Great content!
Wow, you were almost ready to take it to bed! - lol I wonder what it would be like with a 27.5'' up front & a longer travel fork but with a faster ramp-up spacer, in terms of turning and poppiness? - I wonder if the SB165 is better overall for quick handling but still as stable on Jacobs?
Thank you for a fantastic review. Question. How much does it bother you when you ride very close to another rider ahead of you when all of the time you have to hit the breaks? ;)
Local knowledge needed for a local. I mostly ride corner canyon with a spattering of PCMR mixed in for good measure. I also take 2 or 3 trips a year to Moab and/or Fruita, as well as Ketchum. What are your thoughts on the SB150 and reducing the fork travel to 160. Still too much bike for daily corner canyon riding and longer epic trail rides at other destinations?
Would you say the Ripmo climbs better? I know you said the Ripmo gave you almost as much confidence. Im looking to be purchasing beginning of the year and have had a lot a time on a Ripmo and am interested in the comparison. Love the vids.
Yeah, with the same tires I would say the Ripmo climbs better and is more fun on the single track tighter twisty trails. If I could only own one bike it would probably be the Ripmo but in terms of smile factor, the sb150 is like no others. It is more composed at speed and feels like a longer bike than the Ripmo... will discuss more tomorrow night in the live stream!
Fantastic as always... I demo'ed both the 130 and 150 in medium, and felt the 150 climbed just about as well. Then I demo'ed a large 150, and it felt a bit more sluggish, and felt big. I have a large SB5+, and had a large SB95, so the sizing is definitely different on these. The medium didn't feel "big" at all. I think you really have to take the time to get that suspension dialed in as well. My first demo on the medium felt perfectly dialed, while the large didn't. Would love to hear your opinion on going with the Carbon builds over the Turq series, too, or vice versa. Definitely a more attractive price point.
Really interesting as I’m currently trying to decide between Large and medium and can’t demo. I’m 5’10”. How tall are you and what’s your opinion? Thanks
Hi Jason. Great reviews! Quick one if you don't mind please. I already have a Fox 36 150mm fork and I'm considering buying a SB150 frame. I really like burly frame of SB150, the shock and rear 150mm travel and so this way I'd have 150mm front and back. It would also somewhat slacken head tube angle but that would actually suit me. Any thoughts? Kind regards, Igor.
I think you might run into problems with the bottom bracket being to low and suffering from peddle strikes.. I'm not sure but that would be a concern for me...
That yeti sounds like an incredible bike. Maybe one day Ill afford one. Is there any way you could get your hands on a transition? I'd love to see you test one of them.
I think it would ride well with a 160 Lyric maybe climb better than having a 170 fork upfront !! I wonder wether you could have a 150 to match the 150 in the rear ? 👍💥😎🚵
I love your reviews but why haven’t you reviewed Scott Genuis or Scott spark since they’ve redone their bikes. The genius 900 tuned seems like one of best trail bikes but I would like to see what you think or even the spark 900
Nice job, I demoed a sb 6 last year and it was not nimble at all more of a plow through and struggle around switchbacks. Sounds like this has some of those attributes but alot more nimble?
Great video. One request, would it be possible to categorize the bikes when you review them as in "This is the Yeti SB150, other bikes in this particular class would be the Santa Cruz....Pivot.....Ibis...Trek....etc" I know many of your subscribers will already know straight away but for us novices, it would make understanding the many different types of mtbs a little easier. Thanks
This bike is under the extreme category that someone would buy if they go to a bike park a lot or mostly shuttle. This wouldn't be a good 1 quiver bike. The sb130 is the Yeti 1 quiver bike.
paul, yes, thank you for the reminder! I try to remember to do this and some video's are better than others. I try not to go into to much detail so as to cut down on the total time of the video and a lot of information about the bike can be found on the manufacture website... that said, I like to reference a few other similar bikes and "category" xc, trail, enduro smash bikes ;) I'll try and remember in the future!
I see a lot of new bikes have weird frame failures, snaps, cracks on carbon and aluminum. Is it just the luck or the draw or is it due to mans trying to keep the light as possible? Or a combo of both? Whats your thoughts on that.
How would you compare the descent on this bike versus the Ibis HD4? I've demoed an HD4 on Vertigo once and I didn't even feel the braking bumps. You seem to not be a huge fan of the climbing on this Yeti. I felt like the HD4 climbed really well.
@@mtbyumyum Cool! I will have to catch your video afterwards. Will be out with the family. One of these days, I will cross your path up in Corner Canyon. If I ride there, it is in the morning.

Can you do a review on the Evil the Offering?
I second that!
Third!
Fourth!
Mike Jorden
There are my thoughts and first ride of the offering on my channel
SWFlowseeker
I own an sb5.5c and an Evil Following MB. Was looking to replace the 5.5c, Was thinking of a sb130 a sb150 or an Evil Offering. I Demo’d the sb150 and just didnt really care for it. I ended up buying an Evil Offering. And Love it!
I think it would be cool if you went through what you’ve reviewed for the year say, in January? 29ers, 27.5, short travel, long travel. Top five all time bikes? Maybe highlights of the year? You have done so much in the couple years I’ve been following you! Nice work! 👌🏽
Excellent idea, thank you!
Hey Man love your reviews...would be great to see you review the new EVIL Offering and also some hardtails some time...
I want to know why three morons gave this video a thumbs down. Excellent work, your videos are always professionally done and super helpful!
hahaha Darren, thank you!
The same three that could never afford to be on any of these bikes! 😂
Superb bike, and frigging awesome trail at 2:30 onwards I was glued to my screen. 👍👍
Nice, glad you liked it! Thanks!
thnx for your superb videos. It would be nice to see bike reviews from small companies such as POLE.
Another solid review. Great job Jason
thanks dude!
LOL
haha you and me both buddy! thanks!
Awesome video. I wonder how the bike will be with Lyrik front and super deluxe shock rear. Nate hills rocks this bike.
Love the reviews. Keep em coming. Would really like to hear your thoughts on the latest Transition Smuggler.
Great review Jason, thanks a bunch for your videos.
My pleasure, glad you like them!
Stop convincing me to to get the sb150 😂😂😂 great review man my sb6 will be for sale soon
Nice, congrats! You won't regret it
It seems like you're just holding back most of the trail, that you could easily go maybe 30% quicker. Have my first SB130 on the way, and your review of that really helped me decide. If that goes well, I may get a 150 in a few years. Great trails and riding in the vid too
uh oh, is the rocky mountain going up for sale? anxious to see the pivot firebird 29 review. great video as always man.
Nope... it will take more than the sb150 to replace my Altitude....
I found it interesting that you liked the sb 150 so much considering the lukewarm review you had of the sb 5.5.
You face at the end talking about the bike makes me think that you're getting a new bike soon :)
hahaha, that's funny... but, I'm not. Love the sb150 but I don't need it.
Yeah, still happy with the helmet! Thanks dude!
I have never seen you ride the steep section into the left hander that leads to the last of Jacobs as fast and smoothly as you did on this bike.
right?! I felt like I could just pin it on this bike
Awesome review. You ever thought about reviewing the Scott Genius or Ransom? I happen to have the Genius tuned just want to see what you think.
Sb5.5 vs sb130 vs sb150? Is it worth the upgrade if you already have the sb5.5?
good question... I wish I would have ridden the sb5.5 more recently... I'll talk about this in tomorrows live stream! If you're considering the sb150, take the sb130 out of your mind... it's not even close.
@@mtbyumyum sorry by that you mean the 150 is that much better?
Love your reviews Jason. I think if I were looking for a new ride and could afford it, the 130 is the one. I don’t have enough down hill here in Jersey for a monster like the 150.
Thanks Jeff. Yeah, the sb150 is a lot of bike for sure!
It looked like you were gliding on that bike, super smooth bike.
Yeah, thanks. I honestly felt that way on the sb150... like no other bike for some reason. Thanks!
Enjoy all your bike reviews and using the same trails for them all. Especially when you like Yeti 😉🤘
Great job with your channel! I watch all your video from the beginning. I ride the Rocky Mountain Instinct BC Edition 2018. Do you think it compares with the SB150?
Mario, thank you! Yes, the Instinct BC Edition is right there... very close to the sb150... I think if it had a Fox X2 it would be right there!
Excellent and informative as always Jason. I know the 130 & 150 are 29", so how does your Altitude compare?
Yeah, it's just different. The X2 out back just creates so much traction. The sb150 just tracked the ground so well. The Altitude is a much more playful and poppy bike made to shape any trail into a ride of pure joy and that's what I love so much about that bike. But for high speed chunk and riding on the absolute limit, grab the sb150. It's that good!
Hope to see a review on the Transition Sentinel carbon if you ever get a chance.
So many requests for Transition bikes... I'll have to make it happen!
I watch any of your other video reviews and then I come back to this review and it's like, WHAT bumps!?
Exactly
@@mtbyumyum How about that Propain review? I watched the 2019 Red Bull downhill in Wales and the rider on the Propain did great, looks like quite the downhill machine but how's it climb?
Obviously you've probably got a more trail oriented model.
I'm looking forward to the review.
Another awesome and solid review Jason!
For someone whose just not sure bout a 29er yet (5’10, 260) would you “lean” toward a RM Element, Yeti SB130/150, or Ripmo?
I think you mean RM Instinct? Element is 100mm Instinct is 140mm
It all just depends on the terrain you ride most often.
Hi, what size did you use for this SB150, medium? Thank you
I just finished watching a bunch of your other videos and this SB150 seems to be the fastest, quietest and smoothest of all the bikes you've ridden on Jacob's.
I'm wondering how well the 27.5" SB140 will fare by comparison
Yeah, I loved the sb150... cant wait to take a rip on the 140
Great video again,, A few months ago , you told us that the Ibis HD4 was your fastest time down jacob's ladder, how would you compare both of these bikes.
My fastest time to date is still the Ibis HD4 at 2:22
Just love the Yeti great bike sound good and solid Jason it was like Glue hold the trail 👌🏴🏴
BCpov brought me here . Lovin your stuff mr yum yum 😋
Nice, glad you like it! Take a look around and feel welcome to chime in anytime!
Do you ever score bikes or give them a rating for different categories? I would love to see a list of your top bikes.
Easy, you wait until the new 150mm travel Hightower revision comes out in April and then decide between it and the SB150.
Interesting. They're just so different... Like Rob said, wait for the new santa cruz LT to come out next year if you want a santa cruz I guess
I sure would like to see you ride a couple different Fezzari models..
Jason, which would you choose between this and the SB130? Going to get into the 29er game next season. LBS wont have demos until the summer
Looks like a really fun bike!! What settings did you end up with on the Fox 36. I'm a very similar build as you. Cheers!
Yes, I'll get on some transition bikes at some point!
Dude, great review as always.
Thank you!
I think it would ride well with a 160 Lyric maybe climb better than having a 170 fork upfront !! I wonder wether you could have a 150 to match the 150 in the rear ? 👍💥😎🚵
witch bike you prefer the ibis ripmo v2 or yeti 150
Great video this bike looks so sick. Keep it up
Love your videos dude, what do you think between the firebird 29, nomad and this sb150 for climbing?
Sb150 take the cake if you're looking for a bike to go absolutely hammer on. It's incredible!
I love your reviews but why haven’t you reviewed Scott Genuis or Scott spark since they’ve redone their bikes. The genius 900 tuned seems like one of best trail bikes but I would like to see what you think or even the spark 900
Yeah, I agree... some bikes are easier for me to get out on then others... I need to get on the new spark and genius for sure though!
Nice review! What is going on with the lav mic? Sounds really muddy now
Yumyum, time for the firebird29 review!? It would be a comparable bike to the sb150.
I rode it back-to-back with this sb150.... thoughts as well as the video coming soon!
Nice job, I demoed a sb 6 last year and it was not nimble at all more of a plow through and struggle around switchbacks. Sounds like this has some of those attributes but alot more nimble?
Which do you like more: SB150 vs Nomad vs. Hightower LT? Don’t mind more work In my climb, just want the most flowy on rowdy trails.
SB150 but honestly, on the descent all three are good. SB150 stands out a bit above the other two though and for sure climbs better.
MTB yumyum great, thanks so much!
Awesome video review as always 😋😁😁😁😁😁
Hi Jason, have you reviewed the Firebird 29 yet? Couldn’t find anything. Be interested to see how this would compare.
the cockpit and the wheel set on this build though...
I think if you dropped the Fork from 170 to 160 it could be your all day bike ! On the yeti SB 150 !! 😎👍🚵 Yeti sB 150 or Ripmo ?
For me, I'd go with the ripmo as my everyday trail bike over the 150... Honestly, I'd take the ripley over either of those haha
Hi!! Wondering if you remember what size of bike where you riding and what is your height if you don’t mind asking.
Nice! When are you gonna test the Spartan 29? Thanks
Thanks Man. How does it compare to the Evil Wreckoning?
ever hit a rain rut at that speed? that's a crazy high speed trail.
Yeti SB150, Rocky Mountain Altitude OR the 2019 Bronson??
Great review. How do you think this compares to the SC Hightower LT?
sb150 is bigger, faster, not as playful at slower speeds
Looks like an amazing bike!
I was sold on the sb130lr until I saw this. Im getting the sb150 now.
and it now comes in a loud yellowish/green color!!!
@@mtbyumyum if a yeti rides in the forest and isnt turq.. is it even a yeti?
I was thinking of pulling the trigger on the Hd4. But hearing your review on this I'm second guessing. If you had to choose this or the hd4 which one?
I've always gone for 27.5 wheels for my long travel bike but this sb150 has me scratching my head...
Maybe some new GT and I’ve mentioned the Cannondale Habit 29er .
Nice vid yo pretty close to how I was after but I was a little more pumped but sick yo
What have you ridden that you prefer over this bike for doing Jacobs?
I see a lot of new bikes have weird frame failures, snaps, cracks on carbon and aluminum. Is it just the luck or the draw or is it due to mans trying to keep the light as possible? Or a combo of both? Whats your thoughts on that.
How is it compared to the Stumpjumper?
Love to see you test a Turner RFX
How would you compare the descent on this bike versus the Ibis HD4? I've demoed an HD4 on Vertigo once and I didn't even feel the braking bumps. You seem to not be a huge fan of the climbing on this Yeti. I felt like the HD4 climbed really well.
Yeah, I'll discuss this in tomorrows nights live stream... good question!
@@mtbyumyum Cool! I will have to catch your video afterwards. Will be out with the family. One of these days, I will cross your path up in Corner Canyon. If I ride there, it is in the morning.
Yeah, for sure look for me there in the morning and say hi if you see me!
Test the orbea rallon. Curios to see how it stacks up.
