      You can do it. At first it will burn like crazy if you're not used to zumbaa then it doesn't burn eventually. Not a great calorie burner though.

    Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.

      Was my first time trying this workout too, and also couldn't go as fast as the instructor. Maybe you can try adjusting the speed of the RUclips video (0.75 worked amazing for me)

      Are you speaking to me coz I always ignored weight loss because of the pressure in the society and I didn't wanna do it for any one until recently I fell in love with a certain size and beating the odds to get there but it is not easy

    Just started today with this to get back in shape after the long lockdown and I have to say it felt like 90min not 20 😅 but even a blob like me was able to push through it, so trust me - anyone can do it! Thanks!

    This was absolutely brilliant!!! My first ever Zumba session and first aerobic session in years. You made it so easy to follow and it was so much fun! I am in love with Zumba xo

    I really like this class! I feel much more energetic after doing this! I am not dieting or anything and as well not trying actively to loose weight, I am doing this just for fun. Recommend to anyone who just wants to have fun or, of course, wants to loose weight! I believe this will help! It’s really fun ^^

      Same here! I think it's just the "getting up and moving" that's important...doesn't have to be perfect as long as the heart rate is up and we're not injuring ourselves.

    I loved this! But it is no beginner! I workout a lot and do Zumba a lot, I was lazy tonight and decided to do a lowkey one... this kicked my butt.

    I knew this was going to become real tough later on and it did BUT for a beginner like me, who can barely run for more than 1 minute straight, it was possible. My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!

    Today is my first day doing this zumba at home since my work doesn't require me a lot of moving.

    At first, I spent half the time laughing at myself because I was a bit confused with the quick steps and almost tripped over myself, too. 😂 Nevertheless, this zumba session was really fun. I felt a bit lighter now. 😁💃

    Finally, a dance instructor who understands what "beginner" is! I'm sure you are a highly skilled dancer who was tempted to throw in a few fancy moves to spice things up - thank you for keeping it DEAD SIMPLE for actual beginners!

    For someone that was once addicted to the Hit Cardio Workout, I haven't exercised in a long time...so today I started again but with this Zumba session. I don't even know how to ever "Zumba" but hey ya girl finished 20 minutes and it was a killer sweat sesh, I'm grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    I just love it! From the very first try! Even though I could literally hear my heart in my ears the first time I tried it, I'm doing better now. These days, it seems to end sooner than 20mins 'cos of how much I'm enjoying it.

    Очень крутая тренировка. Вроде ничего сложного, а вспотеть даёт раз 10) нагрузка хорошая, все мышцы разработались, все хрящики и кости поохрустели. советую для начинающих. Мне лично подошло

    Its my second day doing this, yesterday i could only barely do 15 minutes today i made it all the way through, ofcourse i had to pause inbetween to catch my breath but im sure that in 4 months ill look and feel totally different!!       Same! put it on 0.75 speed and at the 10 minute mark i was like i am DONE! but hey, 10 minutes is more than my usual 0 minutes so i'm not upset!

    I have been using your videos practically every day for over a month now. Thank you for making videos that make working out so much fun! I have lost a couple kgs and because it's so fun it's so easy to stay motivated to do it every day. Learning some rhythm is a nice bonus too 😂

    I’m surprised I was able to do this for 20 minutes I haven’t exercised in like 10 months but half way through I kept saying when is this gonna end also when the ads pop up use it as a break for water and munch on ur snack for a example I had water and grapes, guys this is great mind you I’m a chubby person doesn’t matter what size you are you got this if it’s too fast just slow it down with the speed option good luck I will try this for a month and see where I get I’m currently 178 and 5’6 I will come back and mark a month later what I lose.

    First video I did and I like dancing instead of just "exercising". My mom does Zumba and she says it's lots of fun. It is and a GREAT alternative!🥰I'll see where this goes in a week or a month. I'm 5'2 and pudgy.🤰🏾🤸🏾‍♀️

    Estou super fora de forma então fiz metade descansei e depois a outra metade. Amanhã vou tentar de novo e ver se consigo ir aumentando o tempo aos poucos.
    Dia 2: foi difícil mas consegui ir até o fim do exercício 💪
    [edit] 1 semana: o cansaço é real, mas agora consigo terminar o exercício e me sinto muito mais disposta.

    Okay so this is wayy harder than it looks 🤣 for a person who haven’t moved for the past 6 years. I got through 7 mins. Will be trying again every day to hit the 20 mins and then some more.
    Thank you it was awesome and so much fun. It made me sweat so bad 😅

    Amazing; thank you! This is the first time I’ve tried Zumba and I loved it! I’m recovering from birsitis in my shoulders so can’t do as much with my arms right now, but it’s good to be exercising the bottom half again! 🙌🏻🌈🕊🌻

    Day 3: I still can't match her pace. I have to play the video at 0.75x to be able to follow her. But Im sweating like hell. And this makes me feel energetic and not exhausted. I can study well after this.
    Day 6: I am able to match her speed now. No longer watching at 0.75x.
    I don't sweat at all usually but after this workout I sweat like hell.
    Also I do this at 4.30 am in the morning. After that my morning isn't lazy but I feel energetic.

    I love how this dance is not hard like other zumba dance. (Im a beginner tho) cos usually i cant catch up the dances and out of breath but this dance moves is so fun and easy. 20minutes fly so fast

    i’m pushing myself to start doing these since i’m out of shape and tired of people saying stuff about me just because i’m overweight. i’m sitting on the floor after ten minutes, letting myself catch my breath, and i’ve decided that i’d rather cry over sore muscles than mean jokes! appreciate this creator and video!

    This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update

    Day 1: I can do 10 minutes of this before I need a bit of a break. I can hear my heart in my ears, my sweat is making my clothes stick to me, my asthma is making this bearable.

    I always watch and sometimes do work out online...i really love this zumba and i set a goal to do this for two weeks... let's wait and see the improvement! Love it😍

    I am doing it from last 10 days and results are amazing, I'm loving it 😍 actually I am lazy person 😅 nd I'm doing it for the first time and from day 1 I'm doing it nicely . I have never done any workout before so if I can do that so anybody can do. 😊

    This Video Is Great!
    At First I couldn’t keep up but Then again I Am 260 lbs by the 4th day I was on pace. 💪🏼
    I Cry When I finished it on pace never did I think I could’ve done it. Now I’m on the 3rd Week Of Working out and feel great.

    I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Usually I pause workout videos ten times to see how much time is left but this was fun enough to push through. I'm dying in a good way. Thank you!

      @@vanshikakapoor8677 It definitely got my heart rate up and had me sweating, so I'm sure it helps! I feel like I'm getting stronger with it. Like Lavanya said, pairing it with a healthy diet is important though :)

    I loved it. Because it's full body workout. Post pregnancy weight gain is worst so I started doing it from yesterday. Hopefully I won't give up in any condition. Need more videos like this from you!

    Starting it hope so get good results
    Day 1 ✅there is sweat all over my face and neck and yeah Arms hurt a bit while doing this cause there was lot of arm movements.
    Day 2 ✅drenched in sweat but I think it will all be worth it .
    Day 3 ✅was a bit lazy doing this .😅but yeah did it .also heard some cracking sound from shoulders😂
    Day 4✅although my sister interrupted in between but yeah did it .

    Today is my 1st practice zumba dance. My 3yrs son was loudly laughing see it😃. But I am trying every step I think I can do it & I lose my weight quickly. Thnx 👍

      Try at.75% pace. It helps. I’m in my 80’s and first time ever doing Zumba!
