    Don't worry about the resuls,within 4 days you can notice best results.For even better results try to match the energy level of the instructor.

    Been doing this for over 2 months, completely worth the severe stomach muscle cramps I still get after this. One of the best belly exercises on RUclips. Definitely recommend it!

    Im following 2 workouts videos of her from the Jan 01 of this year. (Including this) Now I lose around 1kg and like 1" from the waist. Mostly now I feel more confident than the last year and this is a great start for 2022. I believe this makes what I want to be. Thank u guys 🌹🌹🌹

    Couldn't continue this workout for a few weeks Back to work from last week Set the goal for 50kg
    Current weight 56kg
    Update on JuLy 06 th
    Guys I could lose my weight like 10 kilos by doing only these two exercises which I mentioned here. But I didn't do continuously. However within first month I could lose about 6 kg and after a break of few weeks I lose another 3 - 4 kg within a month. Now Im ended up like 53 kg and 28" waist line.
    I want to say there was no any loss from past two months. Or else the loss was very slow even it was difficult to track. And I don't sweat now. So now I feel like this workout became a daily work like walking. Bcuz of that now Im not doing this. Instead Im planning to follow a intense workout to hit 50 kg.

      @@divyapandey6229 It is normal if you are a beginer and especially you are overweight I also experience the same thing but I didn't give up If you feel you can't complete it then do maximum you can If doesn't matter if it is 10 min or 20 min Don't take work outs as a hard task Start from what you are comfortable with Gradually increase the time period After like 2 - 3 weeks it becomes your part of daily routine Let the time to do it All the best 😊

    I love this. I just started working out and beginning my journey yesterday. I’m so excited. Because I won’t give up. This is truly energizing music. It makes me want to do it. I only got through 13 mins of one dance video and clicked on this one. It’s epic. I only did 20 mins of this yesterday. But today, I completed it. I love this Zumba class. ❤️

    I've been working out with this instructor for awhile now. I notice that she likes to have fun with the girl in the black shirt and shorts every time. 🤣🤣🤣 I like this instructor, she is one of my favorite, she always makes me smile and makes workout fun and challenging and she's fast paced and works out all your problem areas, I was sweating after 22 mins. She's good!

    The best part of this exercise is that I don't feel exhausted but energetic throughout the day... Earlier when i used to do excersize i used to feel like i m boit to throw up... but this one really very enjoying

      Try engaging your core. Tighten your ab muscles. You should feel it in your abs, very similarly to doing crunches.

    Yes day 1 completed . This had me sweating like crazy in only 10 minutes of the video . I currently weight 256.2 . I will doing this the whole month.
    Edit : I appreciate all your encouragement ❤️. I'm not expecting to lose alot in a day. Im glad I saw some results . I had got unmotivated due to some other things . But I have continued

      @@odelette2020 to be completely honest I had lost motivation to continue it . I did it for 3 days that was it . I have only lost one pound

    I wasn’t sure about this type of exercise because we use our legs more in the US when we do aerobic exercise. I worked out to one of her workouts and I loved it. Using the upper body really gets the blood pumping. I am adding these videos to my workouts.

    I have been doing these workouts for almost 2 months now...and i have lost nearly 12kgs...i do 2 cycle of these workouts for everyday...also control my eating habits...☺️

    Perfect zumba class! I was so bummed that I couldn't visit my weekly zumba classes in the lockdown but this video is exactly how my zumba teacher does it, it's a brilliant substitute for at home zumba!! Thank you!!

    The instructor's energy is incredible....
    Even at some point if I loose my energy seeing her face and energy again pumps back the energy...this is really a great start for someone who is not into gym and all

      @@narendramodi1224 hi ... you dont need to worry if you cant move your belly. Just remember that we are not professionals. Exercising is very important than whether moving belly or not. The calories will get shredded..so dont worry and just move your body. 🙂🙂🙂
