1. 밥을 볶을때 쓰는건 플라스틱 주걱이 아니라 내열온도가 높은 실리콘이라고 합니다
2. 밥양이 적다는 분들이 많은데 엄청배부르다 정돈 아니지만 제가 먹어본결과 그렇게 적진 않았습니다
제가 화이트마그마 오므라이스랑 회오리 오므라이스 2개를 시켰는데
화이트마그마 오므라이스 다 먹고 회오리 2숟갈 먹으니 배가 불러서 전부 못먹었어요
3. 위생에 대해서 말씀하시는분들도 있는데 하나하나 볶으실때마다 후라이팬 다 씻으셨구요
옆에 흩어진 밥알같은경우는 요리하다가 흘린거 보이니 아실것 같고
이곳은 생활의달인에 나온곳입니다
그런 공중파같은경우는 전부 깨끗하게 세팅해놓고 촬영을 하고 재촬영도 하고 하지만
제 채널같은경우는 기존에 했던 그대로 조리하는 컨셉입니다
(다른곳에서 촬영한다고 기존보다 치즈를 많이 넣은경우가 있으면
기존대로 다시 해달라고 합니다-평소 파는거랑 똑같이)
유튜브가 공중파와 다른점은 설정샷을 찍지 않는다는점이고
사람마다 어떤사람은 그런면이 불편할수도 또는 좋을수도 있습니다
그래서 똑같은곳 영상도 제 영상이 더 노골적일 경우가 많습니다
4. 가격이 비싸다 라는 댓글도 많이 보이는데
이주변이 가격이 싼편은 아니구요
수요가 많이 있으니 줄도 서고 공급이 계속 되는거라고 봅니다.
제 영상중에 가격이 엄청좋은 곳도 있고 아닌곳도 있습니다
소비자에게 선택을 못받는곳은 자연스레 문닫게 됩니다
선택을 받고 오래 장사는 하는곳은 이유가 있다고 생각합니다

5. 광고로 찍어줬냐라는 댓글이 있는데
대기업 PPL 혹은 브랜디드도 많이 들어옵니다
저는 한번도 돈받고 촬영한적이 없습니다
이집은 이미 줄서는집이고 장사도 어느정도 되는집입니다
생활의달인에 출연도 했구요
(아마도 이제 촬영을 안하실것 같더라구요)
6. 저에게 악플을 다는것은 괜찮지만
가게에 도넘는 악플은 멈춰주세요
제가 원래는 악플을 다 정리를 했었지만
나중에 생각해보니 악플도 의견이라고 생각해서
그냥 놔뒀었습니다
그런데 도넘은 악플들이 몇개 보이네요
저도 상처를 받지만 보는 사장님들은 더많이 상처를 받아요
도넘는 악플은 제발 멈춰주시길 부탁드립니다
7. 그리고 시간이 지나 계란을 잘라서 계란이 많이 굳은상태였습니다
2개 조리하는것을 먼저 찍고 (1개는 음악틀어놓고 찍어서 음악끄고 다시 찍느라 총 3개를 찍었습니다)
그 다음에 마지막에 완성작을 찍다보니 그런것 같습니다
ㄹㅇ 저 오믈렛은 바로 열어야 다른 유튜브에서 보던것처럼 되는건데. 유튜브 좀 보고와서 욕지거리해대는 교양머리들 참 어이가 없네요.

if you put enough oil, i think you can still do it.
but yes, better pan need less oil.
I add oil to pans with little pools of water so the pan would be coated well, it feels like a non-stick pan when i cook egg on it

약불로하면 오히려 작업성이 떨어져요.

@@imcurlyblue "snotty" eggs are usually uncooked egg whites. These eggs have been beaten beforehand, and diluted with water, to make a completely uniform mixture, so I doubt that the uncooked eggs here would be "snotty". It would be the same as a slightly more runny yolk
Falkon 1gg it’s still undercooked. White or yellow. To each their own. For me personally I get freaked by that. But I’m sure it’s fine. I know people who throw their bacon on the grill for a minute on each side. I can’t do that but they love it as I’m sure people love this dish.

That red spatula and silicone spatula won't scratch the surface. You can't make eggs properly with a scratched surface.

개인적으로 맛은 그냥 그런데 직원들 불친절해서 다시 방문안하는 1인임. 후기도 직원들 불친절한 내용 심심치 않게 볼 수 있을정도로 공감되는 내용들이 많았음. 불러도 대답도 안하고 밖에 나가있거나 옆에서 직원들끼리 수다떠느라 음식에 집중이 안됐었음. 그럼에도 웨이팅도 있는거보면 음식이 입에 맞는분들이 많은듯

Okay, I'll see myself out, now.
This sounded like music. The process of cooking has a rhythm.
After being in kitchens for close to 10 years now it kind of is. Especially when you're taking a break and not particularly thinking of much, just listening. You can hear all the sounds of the restaurant and it is almost soothing. Kinda like a white noise tape you order to help you fall asleep. Granted this feeling isn't a constant but when it does occur it is very relaxing.
Before watching this, I was full. Now im starving happy now!! 😭🤤

오므라이스는 양이 적어보이지만 기본 계란 세네개 더 들어가는게 보통이라 은근양많더라구여
그쵸 오믈렛 자체가 기본 계란 3개 이상 사용해야 하는 요리다 보니 거기에 볶음밥 한그릇에 소스까지 양은 충분할거 같아요
