That omelette does not look easy at all. To make it perfectly baggy like that, that's some god-level skill. You pay for those pleasing-to-eyes skills. The dishes look aesthetic and classy. If I had big pockets, I would have gone to Japan to specially have this lol...
I don't get what is actually so "astonishing" on every video this channel is posting, these videos are showing people who are making good food with skill and knowledge, as it should be if you make a living with that. I respect that, but is it astonishing, I dunno.

The preparation and presentation was amazing, but ... drowning everything with so much gravy, the burger looked insipid, and the final result when the customer cut into it, made it look just like pureed food! The thought of queuing for a meal is a big turn off for me, too.
