Cutting american cheese with scissors, straining relish to dump it in anyway, using a ladle to fill a bottle that has a funnel in it.. unbelievable. My chef would clown me for wasting dishes and then get on my case for taking so dam long to prep for service 😂

Industrial scale cheese and condiments are so satisfying. Can't go wrong with beef n bacon. Plus the cleanest restaurant ever! It would be hard to come any closer to perfection.
