I think you need to have a very hot pan/turn up the heat a lot before putting the egg in. And I'm not sure if it's just stirred egg or if a few things have been added to make it a bit more firm.

this is not an omelette. omelettes are left alone until the eggs cook, omelletes are folded over, omelletes have a filling(usually) this is just glorified scrambled eggs, which do look pretty but its all going to look the same in 5 minutes anyway.

For those of you failing at making this: the trick with the egg itself is A) the texture is the mixture is 75% yolks, B) the oil/fat that melts cooks the mixture evenly.

I agree it looks like a marinara sauce. The sign reads tomato omlet. Usually omrice is served with ketchup, or a yang yum sauce that is mostly kojujang (red pepper paste).

That's almost certainly a very large amount of eggs being mechanically whisked. Not only will you get a smoother whisk but I'm pretty sure any really stubborn egg white would drift to the bottom of the container.
I am positive they added broth or water in egg whisk. Thats what i do to make egg whisk more smooth when i cook at home. The ratio i really dont know exactly, i just add little at a time until i get the texture i like.

You have to whisk them really good.

It's mostly due to using a larger pan for the amount of eggs than one normally would; that's how they come out so thin. It's like making a crepe, but using whisked eggs instead of batter.
mix a little water in eggs to make them thin, a 1.5 tsp per egg and mix well

That's almost certainly a very large amount of eggs being mechanically whisked. Not only will you get a smoother whisk but I'm pretty sure any really stubborn egg white would drift to the bottom of the container.
I am positive they added broth or water in egg whisk. Thats what i do to make egg whisk more smooth when i cook at home. The ratio i really dont know exactly, i just add little at a time until i get the texture i like.

Just by adding salt and letting it rest for maybe 5-10 minutes before cooking it will do, i think!
