      I think you need to have a very hot pan/turn up the heat a lot before putting the egg in. And I'm not sure if it's just stirred egg or if a few things have been added to make it a bit more firm.

      High heat is part of it. The other part is the oil. High heat without lots of oil will just burn the egg to the pan. I might have experience with that.

      @@someinconsequentialusernam7799 I saw a different video since and he also added something to the stirred egg. Maybe some breading or something similar. No doubt it plays a part in making it strong enough to create a tornado.

    I love making omelettes. I had already known how to make two styles popular in the US traditional and pan flipped. Then I learned of the Japanese folded omelette and now this! It’s amazing how much you can learn every day of the year

    우와 회오리 오므라이스를 만들다 보면 계란이 중간에 엄청나게 자주 찢어져서 만들어 먹기가 엄청나게 힘들게 되는데 이렇게나 예쁜 방식으로 회오리 오믈렛을 만들다니 엄청나게 대단하신거 같습니다. 요리 실력이 정말이지 말로 할 수 없을정도로 뛰어나신거 같습니다.

      this is not an omelette. omelettes are left alone until the eggs cook, omelletes are folded over, omelletes have a filling(usually) this is just glorified scrambled eggs, which do look pretty but its all going to look the same in 5 minutes anyway.

      Tbh this is probably easier than a normal omelette; it uses a higher heat, more oil and the technique makes it faster to cook :)

    For those of you failing at making this: the trick with the egg itself is A) the texture is the mixture is 75% yolks, B) the oil/fat that melts cooks the mixture evenly.

      I agree it looks like a marinara sauce. The sign reads tomato omlet. Usually omrice is served with ketchup, or a yang yum sauce that is mostly kojujang (red pepper paste).

      @@lindatisue733 Oh I will try a red pepper sauce base next, I thought it could use some kick. FYI I tried out the swirling tornado technique, it took a few tries but I ended out with a nice result. Fun way to have eggs! I would say for breakfast but this way really is good anytime. Also I make the tornado egg over an almond, mushroom,onion,garlic,pepper "heap" :D good stuff nice twist

    The Editing is SO GREAT.
    I have a brain injury that left me with loss of ability to focus... But, this video is very.. Soothing.
    I want to watch this kitchen all day/long time. The kitchen is so organized! Everything looks BEAUTIFUL and delicious! I like the sound of the busy kitchen but everyone is calm and so peaceful....
    But what really made this great is the amazing edit. Seamless. Smooth. Soothing.

      It's mostly due to using a larger pan for the amount of eggs than one normally would; that's how they come out so thin. It's like making a crepe, but using whisked eggs instead of batter.

      That's almost certainly a very large amount of eggs being mechanically whisked. Not only will you get a smoother whisk but I'm pretty sure any really stubborn egg white would drift to the bottom of the container.

      I am positive they added broth or water in egg whisk. Thats what i do to make egg whisk more smooth when i cook at home. The ratio i really dont know exactly, i just add little at a time until i get the texture i like.

      Exactly my thinking. I would guess a sweet chili sauce or salsa. Light colored drizzle? Hum....I'll try cream or a melted jack cheese.
