    Love the slow deliberate movements....its helping me alot...at 65 yrs old with scelorise issues and a hunch plus a hung fwd head posture...and of course very tight back ...hips and knees thrown in for good measure 😅....these videos you are posting is giving me the right guide i have been looking for to relieve and repair. Togther with fascia decompression accupuncture treatment ( yes...there is such a thing) the movements ...with the deep breathing...is sooo godsend...thnk u..

    Hi Quinn, I've been doing the starter block therapy program for about a month now. I just happened upon this video. I was wondering, can I doing the tongue and neck decompression exercise with the block instead of a towel. The towel is round and seems to sit perfectly under the neck, but the block gets deeper into facia release. If yes, where do I need to place the block to get the curvature of the neck slowly back into allignment. Thank you so much.
