Of course you can bro. Just try to get your protein from eggs, whey, and milk and try not to get your proteins from beans or nuts because your body won’t process those proteins as well. You need to just be consistent
Bro i just did the leg day workout and im dead bro, i usually do plyometrics cause i play basketball and im fine afterwards, but this actually had me on the ground for like a whole minute when i was finished🤣. All love tho 🤝
Personally would do both. That’s kind of what I’ve been doing. For the shoulder exercises I would do them with the dumbbells because it’s easier than pike push-ups

it doesn't matter just eat the frog now and you will get the results later and you will thank your younger self. basically do the hardwork right now and dont worry about the time it takes just do it, and it will become fun and your hobby later on.
Yeah at 4:46 do that exercise and try to get really good at it. Then add weight to that exercise and get good at it. Still keep practicing pull-ups even if you can only do 3 the more you do you’ll get better
Do a lot of half rep and quarter rep pullups and chinups. Dont go all the way down. and bust out as many as you can. Try to get to like 10 and then get to like 20 of them
One more thing is to push yourself at the last failure rep, the rep where you cant go up again but you still choose to go up anyway until you lose strength, it helps alot for me.
Finn dude I haven't worked out in a long time and I started this I did rep till failure in 1st set and 2nd set I could barely do 4 so does that still count as rep till failure

if i have 2 adjustable dumbells that go up to 33 pounds should i do these workouts or other workouts with my dumbells

Negatives and body weight rows are good for pull up progression!

And get very good at scapula pull ups, these are very important because it strengthens your pull up performance and prevent injuries.

yes that does still count. For the first 2 sets try doing an easier variation of each exercise so you can get more sets in
