    not exactly a good analogy to say "you only have a month/day to live." if i was informed that i'll die in a week, I'd spend all my money, eat any junk food i want, and live life as i please. I could even be an asshole to anybody i want, I'm gonna die very soon anyway, so what's the point of... anything? If you only had 24 hours to live and you decide to spend those hours on a long term goal like getting muscular or learning a new language, you'd just be wasting your time. No point in starting something that'll take months or years to achieve if you're gonna die in a day it is the abundance of time that makes long-term goals like these worthwhile, if i lived each day as if it was my last, I probably WOULD make the most out of it, but not in a healthy way, discipline would go out the window

    Day 1: 13 August Started with 2 sets of normal push up and 1 set with heavy weight with 2 sets of chin ups and 1 set with heavy weight Day 2: 14 August Started with 2 sets of inclined push up and then 1 set with weight. Continuing with 2 sets of pull ups and 2 sets of chin ups, can't do those with weight right now, further did 2 sets of normal push ups and 1 set with weight and then finished with 4 sets of L raise Day 3: 15th August Started with 1 set of chin up with 2 sets of normal push ups and 1 set of inclined push up, continuing with 2 sets of Triceps Dips with 2 sets of Pike ups and then lifting the bag with weight with 2 sets from each hand

    My advice is to calculate how many hours you actually have in a week if you actually not waste time. We have so much time and yet so little. If you spend 3 hours per day for only 290 days, that equates to 870 hours!!!
