Man this one was refreshing! He wasn’t being aggressive or calling anyone stupid for their ways, he simply says “hey this is what I found has worked, but if you don’t need any changes in your diet no problem”

@@Eric-re3sh I eat meat and fruit, two meals a day. The meat here in South Africa is quite lean here so I have been eating two tablespoons of butter a day either with meat or in my coffee. The animal fat has helped balance my hormones and soften my stool.
Dr Paul Saladino's animal based way of eating has helped me so much. I had been suffering many years with Irritable Bowel Syndrome gut issues, an itchy rash on my face and stomach and anxiety.
Quitting the consumption of vegetables and seed oils has been life changing!

Paul, it would take an entire essay to express my appreciation for the thought and effort you put into our experience here on earth. It seems that the day-to-day life decisions are what make a man and his world a better place. I’m starting to understand that there is no magical moment in the future where I realize I’m finally living a good life, or that I’ve crossed the finish line. You’ve helped me realize that the real success in life are the moments of joy and satisfaction happening right now. It’s what we decide to do with each thought and situation presented to us throughout a single day.

Have been following your diet for almost 2 years now. Incredible changes in my body.
Happy to see a more "lax" approach, I think that a lot of people in the past were turned off at your black and white approach.
I've actually been allowing small amounts of spices for flavor purposes only. For example, garlic salt on eggs and jerky. 99% of my diet is clean and pure like yours, but I have allowed myself to ingest *very small* amounts of these spices to just add some variety.
However, I will 100% avoid eating any vegetable or bread or junk as a part of a meal.
    No seed oils ever.
Thanks for changing my diet and life for the better. This will be passed down to my future children as well.

So I did very strict animal based diet over summer. Couldn't believe how much better I felt,my IBS issues seemingly gone by week 1. No more cramps, multiple trips to the loo a day, my stomach looked less bloated & pain round my stomach cleared up. No more "omg I'm not going to make it" moments.
Last few weeks I went back to a "healthy " diet you'd expect as an experiment & honestly I had improved on animal based so much more than I thought. Even old elbow pain returned, I'm back animal based now & again I just feel so much better.
I do suffer from acid reflux & I have noticed if I eat to much ground beef at one time it really sets me off so I have to space that out.
I lift 3 days a week & run 3/4, I really don't hold back on the fruit & honey. I do eat chicken still but only ever from wings or thigh meat.
Just got x2 900g jars of local raw organic honey delivery & I dove straight in😂
Just to add to this. I'm probably getting in 220g+ of protein a day, 170g (ish) of fats (mainly animal) & well over 200g of carbs a day....& I always end up needing more food as within 2hrs i'm ready for more food. But the fat seems so high already?

Thank you so much Paul. Thanks to your incredible information regarding diet and lifestyle I've lost over 60 pounds in one year. I've tried all kinds of diets and exercises regiments but was steady still fairly heavy. Animal based is the way to go. A key part of my diet he didn't mention here is Skyr Yogurt which has about 18 grams protein per serving. It's fairly economical as well. Mix that with organic maple syrup or some frozen blue berries to make it like ice cream texture. It hasn't been perfect but the best method for losing weight as an obese person is intermittent fasting and reducing carbs/wheat intake all together. Grass fed ground beef is really a superfood that makes you feel like a Super Saiyan

I am a 68 yo female eating carnivore for last 11 months, it will be a year on Nov. 13th. I have had some non sweet fruit but not a lot. Mainly because I don’t really see a benefit or a detriment. I eat liver about once a month. I have improved my quality of life eating this way. I’m fairly sure I have some type of eating disorder or sugar addiction. So I have cut all sweet tastes from my diet. I said I was only going to eat the non sweet fruit of a plant by I’ve eaten macadamia nuts on 3 occasions. I can see where I kinda lose control with them. I don’t think eating fruit is bad, sweet or otherwise. I just don’t do sweet, not in fruits, drinks or anything. For me it’s like alcohol I have to refrain. If I didn’t have this problem I’d probably eat fruit as well. But only local and in season. You and I are different in age, activity level, geographical location and sex. So I’m sure I shouldn’t eat as you do. I think for us who are interested in eating the best diet, need to experiment with ourselves and evaluate for ourselves to find what works best for us.

Love raw egg yolks in my scrambled eggs. Here’s a disturbing issue you might not know about. I live next door to you in Nicaragua and have, among other animals, chickens and ducks. The duck eggs are amazing with huge yolks and I prefer them over chickens eggs. During one meal of mixed duck and chicken eggs I found what appeared to be a round worm in my eggs. Can’t be was my first thought but as I investigated this it turns out, sure enough, these parasites can get into the eggs of chickens and ducks. I immediately started to treat my chickens and ducks with ivermectin and fenbendazol and in the meantime we cook the hell out of our scrambled eggs. Ducks and chickens roam free on our large property and are not fed any processed feed.

i would think this falls under the randle cycle issue? i think if you basically consume surplus (keyword is surplus how you figure that out accurately for your specific body im not sure) of sugar and fats it both just gets stored as energy in your body until too much and your cells are over saturated with energy and thats when high blood glucose issues arise and spills over into bloodstream since cells are resistant to incoming energy and have enough already that it refuses to store incoming foodstuff otherwise if they did they would die hence why it goes into the bloodstream i think because those cells are easier to regenerate to replace from the damage from surplus of sugar I think.
So I would say it can be fine and work but long term not the best idea to chronically consume sugar and fats together at every meal have it at some if you want but not every meal.

Christina Ann Tucker is to be thanked. I got my self my dream house 🏠 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through trading with her. Christina A. Tucker is the kind of person one needs in his or her life!

Absolutely! I've heard stories of people who started with little to no knowledge but made it out victoriously thanks to Christina Ann Tucker.

Just soft, boil an egg and then chop it up in a little bowl with some butter This way you’ll get the cooked egg white and the soft yolk all mixed up together. That’s how my mom did it for us growing up and how she had it as a kid.
