I love how your son dances on video...such a great self image! I also love how the kids aren't allowed to watch TV thru out the week! Great intentional parenting! We need more of that in this world.
I loved this video...just real people being real people! My 11 year old twin boys watched this with me and it was so impressionable for them. They are homeschooled as well and are just recently carnivore/ketovore converts 😂 so it was great support for them to see your children living a similar daily life as them. Kiddos need support and encouragement just like we adults do, so big thank you to your kiddos for that. It's so cool to see that we are not alone in our day to day lives like our boys sometimes think. We try to make sure we keep them from an overstimulated life as well with minimal carbs especially in the evening hours and we have plenty of quiet time throughout our days where they can really focus on things like reading and creating things versus being a digital media zombie. You guys are awesome!

Do you have a carnivore/keto get started guide for kids. I want to start my son 9 on more meat to see if it will improve his allergies & asthma but having an issue finding a good way to start slow for kids not used to it. Thanks!

Wow. I never saw a family like this before. One that was loving and respectful and ate together and did chores together. I didn't know people did that😮.
I developed neuropathy in my hands and feet after chemo. I have so much fun cracking eggs 😅. I am mostly carnivore now since chemo damaged my digestive tract, and I really can't digest fiber anymore. So, no more veggies, fruits, or nuts. I have lost 210 lbs over the past 7 years. I had skin removal in December 2023.
Keeping kids off of TV (and ESPECIALLY mobile devices) during the week is so good.

3 months into Carnivore and have never been so excited to adopt a diet as a lifestyle, Dropped from 325 LBS to 295 LBS in 90 days... 3 eggs in the AM at 0600 after the GYM and one Ribeye at 2:00 PM and done. Lots of water, vitamins, no alcohol, eletrolytes and away from all temptations. I am more motivated than ever before on any previous "Diet" - Carnivore Diet is a lifetyle.
Egg bites in the instant pot are easy as well! You can do different combos and store in the fridge for leftovers :) ALSO, it's so much cheaper to make your own cold brew coffee and literally super easy. The pitcher you need is like 20 dollars...saving you money in the long run.
I'm always inspired by your ideas. I'm looking forward to trying the holiday LMNT flavors. My husband and I just hit our 90 day mark yesterday. I'm down 32 pounds so far and this WOE is so easy and convenient. We both feel great. You're a big part of our journey so thank you! We're just over in Avondale, so almost neighbors! ;)

This was a really fun watch! I truly enjoyed watching you and your family go through your day. What a photogenic bunch! And so natural and self-confident in front of the camera. Your children are beautiful and so great! They have good personalities and are interesting people, plus so helpful with their chores. Glad Chris is doing so amazingly well! He's obviously being well looked after and his exercise regimen has stood him in good stead. And you, Laura, are the sun they all revolve around. You're bright and cheerful and I love your confidence. You know who you are and aren't afraid to share that. You drop an egg and carry on and we all nod because we've been there. You flip a pancake onto the counter instead of the griddle and your kids go crazy with laughter. And we're laughing along because it's just so normal and you're just going with the flow, not planning how to edit it out. You broke me up, though, when you flipped it back into the griddle from the counter! 😂

Thank you for showing me a good use for my mini waffle maker!!! It’s been left to gather dust for the past year since I went carnivore.
I bought mine when I became carnivore. I use mine to make “bread” or I did. You can mix an egg, pork rinds, cheese, etc…blend it into a batter and it makes delicious bread like waffles. I made them a lot in the beginning, but not so much anymore. I did some for thanksgiving and crumbled them up added homemade chicken bone broth and baked it into stuffing. It was great. ❤
I just bought the cheese to make in my mini-waffle maker - but also I make CHAFFLES and use them as like thomas's muffins for making open faced egg and bacon breakfast sandwiches

When I decided to improve my health I came upon your posts on YT and your recipes are really inspiring, Ive been doing a lot of creative cooking follow my intuition, eating what works for me and im loving it. Health has improved drastically and in glad to see you all doing well too. Loved the grilled cheese you eat at the end after lunch..one of my favs too. I love the normal day to day life this video shows. I like how you show feeding a whole family isn’t that complicated even with two different breakfasts and slightly different meals for the kids.

Thank you for not editing out the oopsies! That was so cute, and the way your kids joked around with you about the pancakes, lol... it was adorable. I am definitely going to try the egg bites! I was buying them premade, the Jimmy Dean brand I found at Frys, but I know it would be 100% better made fresh. Also, Canasta! I have never heard anyone else say they play that. I haven't played it with actual cards, I found an app I play it on. Such a fun game and great for family time. Have a wonderful holiday season!
