I looked it up, and apparently, Wisconsin DOES allow early voters to change their ballot up to three times. Other states allow something similar. Sure, it's unlikely that an early voter change their ballot, but the point is that it's possible.

Chobani is the best yogurt ever. I live in Australia and their company is the BEST. They have all the fruit in the bottom on the pot and you can mix it in yourself and control the freshness and flavour ratio. As the PoTUS, he would be the head of the Executive Branch, the same branch as the attorney general and the police force. He has the right to arrest anyone, but they're given a fair trial. There's nothing he can do about that, but yes, he can send someone to jail. It's well within the power of the PoTUS, even if they don't do it often. By the way, jail is where police officers put people they suspect of committing crimes *before* a trial. Prison is where they might end up *after* a trial. It's an important distinction.

I looked it up, and apparently, Wisconsin DOES allow early voters to change their ballot up to three times. Other states allow something similar. Sure, it's unlikely that an early voter change their ballot, but the point is that it's possible.
