You are everything I've never found in any instructor taking various yoga classes. You don't needlessly make getting into poses complicated because you explain how to move in simple ways that allowed me to get into most positions by simply listening to your instructions with occasional glances at the screen to make sure I'm doing it right. It's frustrating trying to get into deep poses using instructional videos when you got to keep turning your head to check the iPad cuz I loose my groove that way! You gently guide into poses and explain with ease and I can't thank u enough. Even hearing your deep breaths was lovely as I matched mine with yours, you can hear wellness in your breaths and I admire that. Today was my first time using a block, as well as these techniques and I'm in love! I feel great rather than beat! Also thank u for the awesome leg movements with block under my back, I love poses you can get creative with and just move how my body flows. I've never seen that sequence, and my hip flexors never felt more open and relaxed. Your a great teacher and I will be doing much more yoga massages thanks to you.
You are so inventive and progressive with your classes, Brett. Literally any and all issue in my life there's a custom made yoga solution for it. This outside the box creativity makes you a Master. YES GIRL. THANK YOU.
Thanks Brett. This was great. I really felt it in my back. I found it hard to balance my sacrum on the tallest point but adjusted with 2 blocks stacked flat upon each other. I am working through each of your videos every day. You're my go to yoga Gal!
When this video first came out, I struggled with my right leg, especially the toes... couldn’t point or flex. That was before my brain tumor was found. Now 4 months after the brain-tumor-removal surgery, I’m able to do it all, flexing and pointing my toes and more. Thank you for this video, which let me feel the differences. 💐
This was a great video! Not only was it yummy to feel but the cues were spot on, I didn't even have to look I just listened. Going to use this in my next yoga class! Thanks.
Hi, This video was very challenging but good. I don't know if this is for beginners but i liked it. If this isn't a beginner video. Can you please make one for beginners. Thank you for your easy to follow instructions and going slow.
Brett, is there another video that you have done like this? Using blocks and spine stretching? I seem to remember another one you did but I can not find it. I have arthritis in my spine and these stretches get the "kinks" and pain out. Thanks.
@@BrettLarkinYoga Totally, I've been doing flexibility routines for the last 3 months but I'm not quite there yet, this one just proved that. I'll leave this for the future. ❤

What if you cant stretch that much? Will this still work? I go to a massage therapist and I'm trying to find an alternative to save money.
Incredibly challenging!! Need more flexibility!
Time and practice
