    I was amazed by how much tension I found in that muscle around my ribs and how much more freely my arm moved after giving it some attention. Perhaps this is something I should do regularly. Thank you!

    Good morning Helen. I did an hour spin this morning and this was a perfect pair to relieve some of my aches. I loved the block under the lat. It was very sensitive but felt so good at the same time. Thank you for sharing ❤️.

    I’ve been doing this practice every day this week and I must say that I have been getting some really great results from it, plus I have always felt tight in my armpit area so doing this routine has made a huge difference in that 🙌 I hope you have a good day Helen x x x 🧘‍♀️❤️🥰😘

    Hi Helen, after several weeks and no let-up in my painful thighs despite treatment I decided I must get back to regular yoga as the only way forward the. I tried this practice twice today and it really has made a huge difference. Thank you again and now back to regular daily practice again xx

    WOW absolutely loved it and I can't believe I've never done this before! SO SO GOOD! Would never imagine you can treat yourself to such a deep relaxing massage with a block🤩 I would just add some tiiiiny more stretches for the feet on the block 😁 Thank you Helen!
