      Hi, which other part of the lower body does this exercise tones apart from the booty.

    Av been doing this since last yr 2023the first day was hell but now am use to it,i do 60×5,5times a week .now i rug any kind or times of gown skirt and shirt of my choice.thanks so much for this am so happy.cause before I was so scared of wearing fited gowns but now i rug it well❤❤❤

    The pain is real 😂😂😂 I just love it. Still going strong. First day is hard, 2nd day is where you have mix feelings on 3rd day you should be good to go lol

      Really?! I was a lil nervous to try because of my knee pain…I’m gonna try it and see. I also just started back running to release weight , especially from my thighs. Maybe that’s also what’s causing my knee pain🤷🏾‍♀️

    This is not easy 😢😂 but after a few you’ll be a pro . Be mindful of your posture to prevent back pain. Your back should not be slanting all the way past your toes 😊
