I discovered this video last week. Did 10 minutes the first time and gained strength in my legs. I was surprised to see that for the first time I was able to wall sit for 40 seconds. Now I do this exercise for 15-25 minutes straight. I am 72 years old, female. This exercise leaves me sweating. I plan to do some of the other aerobic exercises he does. I need to stay strong.

It really works this excise. And it also helped me while I was expecting for an easy delivery during childbirth,it helps for the child to go down easily I did it once a week and it felt also good 👍 thee best excise ❤👌
This video is the one right here. I had to take 3 breaks and was only able to make it to 3 1/2 minutes and I could hardly stand up. Even though it's only 6 minutes, it's super intense even for people who aren't beginners. Trust me this video is long enough, but I'm definitely going to try to make it through the whole video tomorrow. Try it for yourself and see how long you can last.
Oh, it's intense alright... my legs were sore the following day.... but what's even more beautiful the results are quick... I love my shape, strong legs, and apple glutes... and then my waist is getting smaller... how's that for just a couple of minutes ...

@sharonperkins2941 it's called a pump! Basically u just activated your glutes , now for the hard stuff it takes weeks and months depending on your diet , the pump does not last long it goes down

Jan 2, 2025 Tried my first time today and felt good! You can feel it working already! I plan to do this everyday except saturday and sunday for 30 days and see if I notice a difference . Was not able to do the full 136 squats but I did more than half! Im sure I will get stronger & better each day ! God bless everyone
1/4/25 2 days in! I was still not able to do all 17 sets but i am much stronger and better than day 1!!! I was able to complete 13 sets meaning I did 104 of the 136 squats! I am super PROUD of myself 👏🏽👏🏽 I already see my legs shaping and forming! Pain is there but no pain no gain and you honestly start to see results immediately! I plan to do this everyday the entire month of January to really see my progress! I love this workout and I pray everyone else gets the body they are working for !
Jan 7, 2025, 5 days in ! Still not able to do the 17 sets straight but I FINALLY did 14 sets!!! That extra set almost took me out omg 😩😩😮💨😮💨 but determination and watching the others on the video do it as I did gave me the motivation! This workout is not for the week & CONSISTENCY is key!!!
Jan 8, 2025 just yesterday I was not able to do more than 14 sets BUT this morning, I was more than determined to do more than 14 and I was able to do 16 sets yall! 16 sets meaning 128 of the squats! I am so proud of myself and will continue to motivate myself and others!!

I think I'll try this but I won't go as low as they do. I plan to place a chair behind me and go as low as the chair initially without sitting, Hopefully my knees would get used to it. Wish me luck 🙏

they all have very good knees 😩, when I bend down I have to hold on to something and to come back up... 🤦🏽♀️ as if I were 80 years old when I'm only 44. I'm bought collagen for my cartilages. not everyone can do these exercises unfortunately 😭

I've always been taught that pressing through the heels really works the glutes. Staying up on your toes puts the work on the thighs...
