    Right now i feel like a South African myself, been in class for 1week. I do only this video, i do it twice doo. I am on OMAD to lose weight but cake must remain intact. Love from 🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬

    I think I'll try this but I won't go as low as they do. I plan to place a chair behind me and go as low as the chair initially without sitting, Hopefully my knees would get used to it. Wish me luck 🙏
