I have tried so many times to exercise, eat right and i always give up. But now im 32 yrs old, and have alot of responsibilities as far as taking care of ppl etc even tho i dont have children. So now i want to workout so that im healthier and able to age well without hypertension and all that, and i also want to use it as "me time" to make sure that i am ok mentally and physically!
You got this mama. If you can, get a skipping rope you wont regret. Aim for a 100 jumps a day. It's ok if you dont get it right the firts day. U will add more as you progress. Dont give up. All the best.

Was inspired to move. Seeing people of my colour doing themselves such amazing work is inspiring but we will not race this.Just amazed n inspired to see people of all shapes n sizes moving after being sick for a whole month which really disrupted my health Journey..70lbs down n 10lbs to go..God bless you n I hope we r all inspired to get fit

I put on COVID Weight 20 pounds and I started this about a year ago down from a size 12 to a size 8. I'm so grateful finding this video I'm motivated to exercise regularly and if I don't I miss it. So good job
