    Been incorporating my workout routine with these workouts for almost 5 months now. I don't recognize this new body I'm in. Toned,lifted and super fit!!! I can tell you that this is a repeat video because i use one training video for a whole 21 days then jump on to the next..i used this 2/3 months ago ❤😅😅😅😅

      @EtimbukBassey-hz1vs I workout once a day 1hr 30 max.....I have a planned routine and schedule. 4/5 times in 7 days

    I must add make sure you are supplementing taking vitamins Calcium, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D. Also Glucosamine sulphate with collagen & chondroitin & MSM to protect and lubricate your joints!

      I think we share the same goal. I tried and I was sweating like I was doing crazy cardio. Let's keep it up and see how much our bunda will grow and how toned oue legs will be in 3 months😂😂😂

      This is a great start! Do this for at least a month. You don’t have to push too hard as you could get muscle soreness. Days after. Make sure you warm up and even resting in the squat position will help with joints, and opening up hips for dynamic movement.

      @@ekafebriana7909definitely stretch, find a appropriate stretch regiment and don't push yourself if you feel like it's too much on your body, stop and take a break and do what you can...I hope everything works out for you..... you're on the right path!

    😔es trampa por ser de raza negra (sin ofender) normalmente tiene sus cuerpos con mucho más curvas, gran trasero y grandes muslos me gustaría ver un asiático y si le funciona tal vez a mi también, aparte de que siento que podría lesionarme aún más mis rodillas que ya de por sí me truenan...😣😥
