Am on day 15 doing this and i must say, this is effective. Just eat less food, avoid eating late at nights and do this exercise every morning and you MUST lose weight.

Completed my workout this morning. I set a goal to lose 20 lbs before my surgery and did🤗I started with bed exercises while healing, charted what I ate on an app called Me & lost 21 lbs. I’m 8 weeks postop from my total hysterectomy and this workout was FUN! Great sweat, I feel awesome. Thank you so much 😊

I have been doing some pretty intense abs exercises however the first time I did this the following morning my belly was flatter than it has been in 10 years. Left it a few days and carried on my other abs exercises but didn’t get the results this did so I am going to carry on doing this. Also 24 minutes amounts to around 3000 steps. It’s a mild cardio workout too. Great job!

I need music that inspires me, so I’m using boogie ooggie ooggie by taste of honey (you can find a live 10 minute one, I play it twice) and/or shake your grove thing by peaches and herb…I turn off the sound here and run the music on another device….makes it fun for me!!! Less like work….

The workout came from KAIT JUD DAI and it works so well because everyone on that video has lost so much weight that it went viral. The only problem is you may not find a full video from KAIT JUD DAI herself but different clips here and there so what most you tubers did was pick the different clips they can find and make a complete one as you can see here. The workout came from KAIT JUD DAI and it works so well because everyone on that video has lost so much weight that it went viral. The only problem is you may not find a full video from KAIT JUD DAI herself but different clips here and there so what most you tubers did was pick the different clips they can find and make a complete one as you can see here. Excellent job here

Your husband doesn't seem like a very good person, youre supposted to lose weight for yourself not someone else, if he doesn't love you while you are willing to actually do something that takes time he's not the one
