April! I gotta say, my respect for you increased once I tried to do this on my own.. Within the first five minutes, my seam ripper broke cause I took a little denim also with the seam. Undeterred, I took a darning needle and continued seam ripping.. Now wondering what to do to determine my size.. Even before touching the sewing machine I feel like giving up... Ufff... Fingers crossed and hopefully everything turns out fine!! You're my role model...!!

I made a pair of no sew overalls out of jeans before they came out soooo cute!!! it was with a pair of high waisted levis and the best part was I made the overall part detachable with buttons so i could wear the shorts without them if I wanted.
I actually was thinking about that before I just a picture tutorial up on my blog & I just started my channel so it migh make for a good video only thing is summer is almost over for most people so I doubt anyone will be wearing shorts lol

Try placing your pins perpindicular to the stitching, that way you can sew right over and it won't ruin the machine. Otherwise, you a amazing!!!!!! Your creativity and talent are inspiring.😊

Major improvement! Hope the raw zipper teeth don't catch on your clothes though. Thinking I would have eliminated the zipper and maybe kept more ease in the back to allow for losing the zipper width. Just a thought. Looks super cute on you. I might have to copy your idea for myself using some old jeans I've saved from my husband. TFS!
