Soreness is when you try walking down the stair and your legs start to shake like jello.
Is it ok when one bicep is sore and other is not?

Maine routine change kiya.. Biceps itna sore ho gaya hai ki phone bhi nahi utha sakta. Aur haat to 100 degree angle pe atak gaya hai. Sidha nahi ho raha hai. Yeh video bahut helpful raha mere liye..
My second day of gym I can understand the pain
best way he didn’t mention. if u have really sore muscles, just repeat the same exercise next day or day after with much lower weight. if say, u did shoulder press with 30 pounds and got really sore, next day do 1 or 2 sets with say 10-15 pounds with nice full range of motion and stretch. will guaranteed take most of the soreness away
you are exactly saying the thing I wanted to say .... yesterday was my leg day after 4-5months that's why today i did squats and a few more exercise
that's bullshit stop giving wrong advice
it will not take soreness away, it will just make you used to the soreness + it will not let your sore muscles recover

1gm carbs has 4 celories and 1 gm. Protin has 4 gm calories but I confused protin doesn't, convert fat and too mach carbs convert as fat , you said too much cloric intake to gain clean mussel please discuss my topic.🙏💗🇮🇳
Carbs are of two types simple and complex u should have complex carbs like oats brown rice simple carbs are white rice white bread excess of this will store fat and protein will help in build muscles if you are taking fats u should take healthy fats like peanut butter nuts etc coz 1g fat =9 kcal
1g protein=4kcal
1g carbs=4kcal
So you have to eat clean to be in caloric surplus eat healthy fats complex carbs and 1.2g _1.5 g protein per kg for muscle growth

So why bodybuilders always use brown rice they may use roti also
It have some other nutrients as compared to brown rice

@@amarendrashukla7875 roti doesn't have complex carbs it has simple carbs I have mentioned above but for me roti is good for one who don't have money for building muscles u can still built muscles with roti and white rice but when compared to brown rice and multigrain wheat these two are complex carbs which will keep you full for longer time and is slow digestive.

2nd and to your ques is y bodybuilder use brown rice over roti _wo islie q ke brown rice is low in fat and more in fibres and has more nutrients than roti coz it is the pure form of rice not unliked white rice which is polished and all the nutrients is lost during the process.
