Actually I don’t have any pro tip but i would say that concentrate on your workout and don’t think about getting dizzied after workout... So keep on going.. And good luck !! 😀

Had an awful experience today. I don't go to gym but I used to do 300 squats at home 3 months back. Everything was fine. But after 3 months of gap today I decided to hit 300 again. I was empty stomach, I did 160 and started feeling tired, felt like throwing up but since was empty stomach, nothing happened, then things started blacking out, I was losing breath. But still I did not faint, it was as if I was about to get an attack. This lasted well about 3 minutes. I called for my mom and she came sprinkling water on my face, then things started cooling down slowly. I guess vomiting or even a proper blackout would be better and gotten me off quickly rather than whatever hell of 3 minutes I went through today. Could anyone suggest what I should do/drink before or during workout so that this scenario doesn't take place again? Thank you.

I was 86 kg 7 months back .. i walked & jogged around 6 days a week almost 10km daily (6 7 km brisk walk 3 to 4 km jog) ... i am 70 kg now... but i often feel dizziness after workout... sometimes I jog 2 km in a single go & heart rate touch to 160 bmp... I drink plain water around 6 to 8 glasses... i feel healthy & faster than ever now but this dizziness makes me feel so uncomfortable... i am 30... usual bp is also 120 115 /80 75 .. I don’t want to quit workout... i want to carry this throughout my life... but what to do with dizziness?

If weight gain Or muscle gain is not your concern........... Gym at night or after evening.. You will not feel dizziness.. I can give you surety.
