1) banana and egg whites (1 hr before)
2) better to take green tea or black coffee 20 min before
Postworkout:-
1) instant meal egg whites and any fruit or supliment
2) large meal after some time

Sir, I take whey protin after 5 to 10min of workout done & after take whey i eat chicken after 30mins.
is this okey ?
Take whey protein within 40 mins of workout and chicken and some carbs aftr 1-2 hours, bcaz that's a complete different meal, dont eat immediately bcaz ur body needs some tym to digest the whey protein, dont overload urself
Sir I am suffering from frozen shoulder.. I love doing gym... Every time I start work out I feel like someone is pulling my left shoulder.... I checked with my doctor he said it is the starting stage I did one month physiotherapy pain go reduce little still I cannot lift heavy like 1 kg for long... Please suggest me
