What Should we eat AFTER WORKOUT?
In depth talk about benefits of eating a Post Workout Snack!
In this video we talked about importance of eating Protein and Carbs after exercise.
For Weight Loss:
Your body weight in kg divided by 2.
Thats the amount of Protein you need, then divide it by 2 and thats the amount of carb we need immediately after exercise.
For Weight Gain:
Your body weight in kg divided by 2.
Thats the amount of Protein and Carbs we need after exercise for muscle gain and recovery.

Actually don't eat sprouts post workout, you may end up with gastritis! I experienced that. Eat sprouts as an evening snack.

I started CrossFit 6week challenge program. We been told to have 125grams of protein and 100 gram of vegies but you saying 50 gram of protein. I m 104kg.
We been told no carbs no dairy things no sugery things aswell.
