    Fat loss tips
    1)Workout should be monitored.
    2)6-7 small portion of food whole day
    3)Drink lots of water bcoz if you don't so you feel headache or body pain, joint pain after exercise. Drink atleast 2 glasses of water before exercise
    4)Sleep is very important
    5) Dedication is the key...

    Please please make a vedio on intemitted fasting , I have done alot of reserch that its best to become fast burning machine ,its 16 hours fasting period so please tell me about iam toomuch confused

      What are you confused about? You only eat food in an 8 hour window and for the other 16 hours of the day you dont eat(fast)

    मुझे बहुत मदत मिली इन बातों की तरफ़ ध्यान दे कर | क्यूँकि इन बातों का जवाब काफ़ी बार gym trainers से पूछने पर भी नहीं मिला | like cramps क्यूँ होते हैं बार बार ? जोड़ों मैं दर्द क्यूँ होता है बार बार ? जब भी मैं workout करती हूँ हमेशा खिच पड़ती है | Eventually ये सब सवाल excuses बनते हैं workout ना करने के| यार मैं नहीं जाती gym! कभी कुछ दुखता है तो कभी कुछ?!!! ( I know फ़र्क़ of दुखता 😖है या sore 😞है) 😁😁😁😁
