2) papa will be :- padhai m itana interest dikhata toh acha hota
3) siblings will be :- kya baat h , kisko pata raha h ....
4) friends will be :- aree acha dikhta h tu ye sab chor chal chole bhatore khate h
5) I love my morning sleep and I ain't compromising with that.
Also people often say that when you do gym a good healthy diet is necessary, take steroids and proteins but people who are from Bihar and UP are blessed with the fact that our moms food is enough for this. 🤗

A friend of mine introduced me to your channel when I was just planning on losing weight. In 1.5 month's time, I have lost a good 10.5kg. Along with a regular / moderate workout - 6 days a week (not at all rigorous and heavy), I am following this 1200 cal diet plan and walk a minimum of 10K steps everyday. Drink a glass of water in bed.
Breakfast :- masala oats make it with 70 gm of panneer.
Lunch :- after 4-5 hrs. Meanwhile if hungry you can have one fruit and green tea.
1 wheat roti , 1 cup soaked black chana sabzi , curd raita
Evening snack : fig , almond , one fruit
Dinner : bowl of mix dal , vegetable salad.
Avoid roti rice
If still feel hungry one cup of haldi milk

Oh my days😳 just tried the oat recipe for lunch, it was extremely delicious😋 I garnished with 1tbs olive oil and finely chopped celery. I didn’t expect that simple ingredients can be so good.

Try making small changes like eating a smaller portion of the food you think is not as per your diet. Also, try to keep your dinner light, this will make a huge difference. :)

I am following your diet strictly from last 2 months and I have reduced 10 kg's ie,from 90 kg to 80 kg(present weight)
My Daily Diet for weight loss is
Early morning - 15 min tredmill.
BREAKFAST - Oat meal(50g)
B/w Breakfast nd Lunch:- Any fruit like orange/apple.
LUNCH - Brown Rice(60g)
curry:- cauliflower,Dal,meal maker(once a week)
EVENING - Multigrain bread with peanut butter(pre workout)
1 hr Workout
Whey Protein shake with banana(post workout)
DINNER - 1 roti with veg. Curry/brown rice with veg curry along with Vegetable salad.
I am strictly following the diet, that you have recommended.
But my only doubt is can I eat brown bread or should I replace it.
Can you plz give me a suggestion.
If you can have roti or brown rice, its always better than having brown or multigrain bread. But once in a while for variation, you can have brown bread. Also, if you are following any diet, make sure your calorie intake doesn't go below BMR (basal metabolic rate). Eating lesser than BMR for a long period can affect your metabolism. Good luck with diet. :)

Instead of oats i had full English breakfast and instead of the nasty vile green Dahl i had lamb biryani and butter chicken, finally instead of the channa i tried lamb samosa and instead of turmeric milk i had ras malai and little bit of halwa. After 1 month i gained 15kg, 😂

It's seems very difficult to mange special sorts of diets and food but I have reduced almost 65kgs with simple and normal food I eat everyday. I have done kind of the same diet, except my breakfast is a naturally sweetened oats smoothie, and for lunch I have 2 rotis instead of one. It does give great results.

It's just for this diet as oils and ghee are high in calories. Don't skip them in your regular diet.

Lunch : raita + roti + black channa 2:59.
Chew and eat slowly, itll keep you full longer.

Make sure, you didn't lose muscle mass. This is the worst diet for fat loss. Learn the difference between fat and weight loss. 1100 kcal is too damn low. Also, you have very less proteins in your diet. I suggest, please don't follow this diet. You will lose muscle mass too. And in the long run, it's very bad for health. Start with 300-400 kcal less than your TDEE.

Everyone says its not healthy to loose 10 kgs in a month thats about 2.5 kgs in a week. I understand there concern but they dont understand whats going in mind of an obese/overweight/pcod/thyroid problem person. Each day sucks, we crave to eat but resist then eventually cheat. I will reduce from 97-80. No matter how much time it takes. I will keep my workouts just bare minimum bcz fatigue increase food cravings. Doing basic yoga+3kms walk+2 km run from 15 days, will continue with that. Once in for all, i want to come to 80 so that i can eat like others with no regrets and burn the extra calorie if taken anytime.
Will surely update you fittuber and his subs. Keep commenting and liking on this post so that i dont forget to update because weight loss is going to happen. Only thing i might forget is updating. ❤☠

I'm shocked... Aise kese hogya. Ten days of clean eating 1100-1200 calories, 5-6kms of evening walk and 30 mins of daily home excercise. How the hell did I lose 6kgs. My belly has reduced. I don't know about the over all body fat. But I had my normal chai once or twice a day fir bhi itna kese Gaya.
Breakfast and lunch I combined having wheat and oat mix wala roti, protein sabzi and daal Raat ko.
Dry fruits and fruits daily snakes Ki tarah.
Very easy to follow this diet and Ur always full. I was 73, 5'4, mom of two with c section.
Now I am 67.
My target 58kgs.
