Reasons why I can't follow diet and exercise:- 1) mom will be like :- pagal tu mota nhi h , abhi teri umar hi kaha h 2) papa will be :- padhai m itana interest dikhata toh acha hota 3) siblings will be :- kya baat h , kisko pata raha h .... 4) friends will be :- aree acha dikhta h tu ye sab chor chal chole bhatore khate h 5) I love my morning sleep and I ain't compromising with that. Also people often say that when you do gym a good healthy diet is necessary, take steroids and proteins but people who are from Bihar and UP are blessed with the fact that our moms food is enough for this. 🤗
Warm water after you wake up 20 mins strength training + 10 mins of abs and cardio. Breakfast : masala oats (homemade) 1:24. Lunch : raita + roti + black channa 2:59. Chew and eat slowly, itll keep you full longer. Eve snack : 3-4 dry figs, 1 fruit, 10 almonds Dinner : vegetable salad + a big bowl of dal 5:00

A friend of mine introduced me to your channel when I was just planning on losing weight. In 1.5 month's time, I have lost a good 10.5kg. Along with a regular / moderate workout - 6 days a week (not at all rigorous and heavy), I am following this 1200 cal diet plan and walk a minimum of 10K steps everyday. Sir,i have started my weight loss journey 10 month back... Yes that's right he cooked all things in water and not oil... And it was easy to follow just one roti was not normal but for fat loss it may be required

@@pryo2460 That depends on your calorie requirements which depends on your weight, height and other body measurements. A calorie deficit of minimum 500 calories is required for weight loss. And no. of calories cannot be correlated to the amount of food you eat. It wholly depends on what you eat, and the calorie content in it.

Make sure, you didn't lose muscle mass. This is the worst diet for fat loss. Learn the difference between fat and weight loss. 1100 kcal is too damn low. Also, you have very less proteins in your diet. I suggest, please don't follow this diet. You will lose muscle mass too. And in the long run, it's very bad for health. Start with 300-400 kcal less than your TDEE.

If u r indian, this comment might be relatable to you. When you start dieting, your family ( especially mother ) does not supports you. They always say that u r fat but when you start dieting, they don't let you do. When you ask your mom to wake you up at 5am morning, she wakes you up at 12 am. She complains your father that you are not eating properly. And finally, you end up stopping your diet.

Namaste bhaiya 🙏 I'm shocked... Aise kese hogya. Ten days of clean eating 1100-1200 calories, 5-6kms of evening walk and 30 mins of daily home excercise. How the hell did I lose 6kgs. My belly has reduced. I don't know about the over all body fat. But I had my normal chai once or twice a day fir bhi itna kese Gaya. Breakfast and lunch I combined having wheat and oat mix wala roti, protein sabzi and daal Raat ko. Dry fruits and fruits daily snakes Ki tarah. Very easy to follow this diet and Ur always full. I was 73, 5'4, mom of two with c section. Now I am 67. My target 58kgs.
2 things u have to change in your diet plan 1st is to dont make the chapatis on gas it is best on pan(tava) Turmeric powder have to put when u boil the milk And your videos are really appreciated nice

Well you might not be eating 1100 calories, a calorie deficit of 200 from your maintainence calories will help you lose about a kg per week! I would like to see if anyone really lost 10 kgs in a week!
Brother what I'm trying to say is that, in this video Dr. Vivek recommends 1100 calorie diet for 10 days and then remarks this can easily be your diet forever! Well there is a concept of BMR and according to your body, height,muscle and daily activities, One needs to take in sufficient food for the functioning of the body, in 1100 calorie diet, the basic requirements or macros won't be met plus there are other micro nutrients which your nervous system, body and brains require to function properly! Following 1100 calories could be safe for relatively inactive, small sized male but not everyone! You need to be in calorie deficit of 100 to 200 calorie on daily basis to lose approx 1 kg fat per week! I just want Dr Vivek to explain where he got this knowledge from and how one can lose 10 kgs in 10 days as mentioned in the title.

A friend of mine introduced me to your channel when I was just planning on losing weight. In 1.5 month's time, I have lost a good 10.5kg. Along with a regular / moderate workout - 6 days a week (not at all rigorous and heavy), I am following this 1200 cal diet plan and walk a minimum of 10K steps everyday. Make sure, you didn't lose muscle mass. This is the worst diet for fat loss. Learn the difference between fat and weight loss. 1100 kcal is too damn low. Also, you have very less proteins in your diet. I suggest, please don't follow this diet. You will lose muscle mass too. And in the long run, it's very bad for health. Start with 300-400 kcal less than your TDEE.

I'm shocked... Aise kese hogya. Ten days of clean eating 1100-1200 calories, 5-6kms of evening walk and 30 mins of daily home excercise. How the hell did I lose 6kgs. My belly has reduced. I don't know about the over all body fat. But I had my normal chai once or twice a day fir bhi itna kese Gaya.
Breakfast and lunch I combined having wheat and oat mix wala roti, protein sabzi and daal Raat ko.

Well there is a concept of BMR and according to your body, height,muscle and daily activities, One needs to take in sufficient food for the functioning of the body, in 1100 calorie diet, the basic requirements or macros won't be met plus there are other micro nutrients which your nervous system, body and brains require to function properly! Following 1100 calories could be safe for relatively inactive, small sized male but not everyone! You need to be in calorie deficit of 100 to 200 calorie on daily basis to lose approx 1 kg fat per week! I just want Dr Vivek to explain where he got this knowledge from and how one can lose 10 kgs in 10 days as mentioned in the title.
