6:00 my method to prepare dal/legumes curry:- *add oil,cumins,mustards,tomato(finely chopped),ginger(grated),green chilli(slit/chopped),coriander powder,hing,black pepper,turmeric,salt,kasuri meethi(op.),besan and fry them & make them into a paste like consistancy using a masher type of spoon. *for 100g of dal/legume add 400ml of water,for 125g of dal/legume add 450ml of water, for 75-80g of dal add 300-350ml of water. For boiled legumes add 350 ml of water for 100g & 300ml for 75-80g *after adding water add half lmn juice/mango pwdr(while sauteing) *boil it for 20-25mins & then add coriander leaves(total 14 spices& herbs) *Mash the dal slightly using the same masher type of spoon& if sometimes if the dal is not watery, add some hot water & heat.(optional) *soak the split dals for 3-10hours & whole legumes for 6-12 hours/overnight they'll boil within that time, for whole legumes like chickpeas,black chenna,rajma,dry peas etc. May take 25-30 mins if soaked for 6-12hrs. ॐ श्री साई नाथाय नमः| Ram krishna hare🕉️🙏😊

I am shocked and in an extreme pain,for the last 11 months,i haven't seen the face of Pizzas,any deep fried food,no takeaway,strict home made meals,and believe me only having a one meal a day and no Roti also and yet my body fat is 22% I fully believe now genes play the only role for bodies to either loose or gain the weight,and you are blessed with good genes...
