More frequent, high intensity, high reps with variations weight intensity. Also. To get the peak, training should be done with the short head as emphasis. And for the brachialis, strongly recommend doing incline curls and hammer heads. And then. Forearm training is forgotten most of the time, which many neglect. With regards to size, bicep size is very limited, and to gain total arm size, tricep training is a must.
