I bought a “blown” 2005 Crf250r in 2018, found the only issues were some missing bolts and one tooth off timing. I bought that thing for $900 as a certainly non running machine.. lol. Anyways I rode the hell out of that bike and never rebuilt the top end until just recently I had a valve drop and damage the guide.. thankfully that’s all that happened if you can believe that. So now In 2024 after watching these videos I’ve had the confidence to rebuild the bike myself. I got some kibblewhites and watched your 07 Crf250r video. Bike popped right over on a weak kick. Awesome! These Mx bikes are tough as hell
Your videos are awesome and addictive the only thing I’ve rebuilt completely is a sthil 034 chainsaw top and bottom, watching your videos I reckon I could tackle a bike and might do in the future, such a rush when you successfully revive something
Most impressive, I don't know how I missed this one. Great production value, tech info, an outstanding job.
Thank you for your continued support.

What a great deal. Sometimes you get lucky. These bikes are pretty stout if you’re not holding them on the limiter constantly.
RESTORE ROOSTER IS DOING GOOD!

@@restoroosterohv absolutely. I’m rebuilding a 2007 YZ250F and your videos have helped me out. First time rebuild…
@@twr41cox take your time and good luck. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Where did you buy your cylinder from?
I wish I could remember. I do so many of these things that it is hard to keep track.
@ I assume it’s oem?
@Frostbyte911 again, I don’t remember. Sometimes I use aftermarket, sometimes new OEM sometimes preowned
