Such an artist, rooster master ! The trick with stickers , put some spray on plastics before, it's the first time i see that ! super smart 🙂 Love your jobs man.
Another great video as per usual. The repair job was good to show people that dont have a tig welder. You can do alot with jb weld when you use it properly.
Mr resto rooster Another great video! The bike turn out great and another lesson learnt with that repair on the exhaust flange..you are a outside the box thinker! I love how you fire stuff across the garage no time for messing around
Have you ever tried using a popsicle stick for pushing the cir-clip into place? It's strong enough and the perfect size to hold onto but it won't damage the piston or the cir-clip like a small screwdriver can. Another great video!!!
Hey rooster , if I was you I'd invest in a cheap tig welder , and then when you come across stuff like that you can weld it instead of using bubble gum
That's one hell of a JB Weld repair. Bravo.
Thank you

Thank you for your feedback and support
Great “On the farm engineering”
Haha, thanks
Good video, slick fix on the exhaust port. Very creative & clever.👍
Thanks my friend.

Tig and re-machining is obviously the proper repair but like you say, not everyone has the access or capability. Thank you for your continued support.
Great video and impressive repair to the head 👍🏻
Thank you
Man thank you for hanging it out there for us. Look forward to every video you put out!!
As always, appreciate your support

Good tip and a great excuse to have a popsicle!
Nice job...love your video's
I appreciate you
Looks mint, some kid is gunna be very happy with that one.
I agree, thanks
tig it man.... still a very nice repair i just don't trust jb weld in a hot environment
I can send you an address if you’d like to send me one, ha ha
@@restoroosterohv i have 1 i have yet to learn how to use lol
i have friends that tig ima wrench they weld we swap favors as needed.
I guess the point is to show someone doing this at home an alternative repair that wouldn’t have the option of welding it properly.
@@restoroosterohv i get that, like i said you performed a very nice repair. longevity however with heat and oil remains to be seen.
As far as the epoxy I'd use marine tech over jb weld
Never used it but always had awesome results with JB…if prepped properly.

It’s on the list…however not everyone is going to purchase an AC tig for a job like this so just showing an alternative.
What adhesive u use on Grips?
ProTaper
Thanks. I pour lil bit of gas in grip and slide them on.
Probably works temporarily, but without an adhesive, if any water gets under the grip, they will slip
That's insanity going that far and leaving that old ass big end rod bearing in there. You will regret that decision I almost guarantee it....
I guess time will tell…
It will be ok. Good oil and maintenance saves bearings, unlike the previous owner schedule service.
@kcclontziv3056 it’s going to get love from here on out.
pl0x use a rubber mallet or dead blow.
That’s always an option too
How much u charge for a rebuild for kx 250f?
I would need a whole lot more information than that. Email me at Restoroosterohv@gmail.com
