Water is one of the most healthy things to drink, yet we pass by it and metaphorically “throw it behind us” and then expect magically that something else will make us healthy. To expect to be healthy while casting water away from us is as crazy as believing you can consistently throw bottles of water over your shoulder and have land neatly on a ceiling fan every time. Secondly, we throw lots of bad stuff into our bodies and expect nothing bad to happen…just like the guy who threw a knife at his friend and expected it to always land neatly between the guy’s toes. Everyone knows that throwing knives at your friends is dangerous…but then we through a ton of sugar and fat at our own bodies while expecting the negative effects to “miss us miraculously.” So I hope this helps everyone understand what f0rtress was saying. :)

I think it was on the bits and pieces video but it's where you had your forearms on top of the bar and you grabbed a hold of your bottom legs and tucked yourself and proceeded to rotate quickly.
