@@reality4191 I don't know because he doesn't record more than a few but about 7-11 working sets per muscle group per session. In addition to that since he did only shoulders he'll do 7-11 working sets for his rear delts and medial delts. Hope it helps

Brother I don’t know if this is an older video I didn’t look yet but man I’m 30 and I’ve been training since I was 16 and I’ve never thought to do a face pull on a flat bench and it makes so much sense because that limited range of movement with you not doing anything is so much more effective for time under tension. Awesome stuff.

With that though, gotta say, Today I just dislocated my shoulder and wont be able to lift for a month or two... and on that day you post the shoulder workout... has made this slightly shitty day turn pleasant after laughing at the irony!
