Since ive started watching Sam i can barely bring myself to watch these other fitness youtubers with the loud hardstyle music and edits every 5 seconds. The raw unedited lifts never get old. Dont change Sam! These videos help us all get through our day.😂
Such a breath of fresh air watching you Sam. As someone who works out at the same gym as a popular Young La athlete and is constantly surrounded by “WE GO JIM!” kids man I wish more guys were like you in the gym. Keep it up
No crazy edits and songs yet your videos are truly amazing. It is so relaxing to see how simple your videos are yet so entertaining to watch. I wish the best in everything and that neither the money not the fame ever change you 🙏🏽
I love the realness of these videos. You talk about balancing a job, school and lifting. It helps me relate more to your videos than watching any other influencer that doesn't work or go to school lol.
It’s great, how you actually take time to check the comments on your videos. ❤ Really quite a nice show of character to still be so in touch with the community while being a relatively big Gym RUclipsr. Also… i just hit chest :) and i already felt the pump after two Sets🥵🔥😮💨 The lighting infront of the dumbbell-mirror at my gym is supreme and i was feeling extra big today. (until i clicked on your video) 😂 You’re lookin bigger by the day 🥹
Sam has helped me put on more muscle in the last 3 weeks from just listening to what he says and watching him do it too obviously. true inspiration and the most chilled and real content creator in the gym community. much love sam !
The year is 2041. Sam Sulek has still not uploaded his full day of eating and Humanity has lost all hope. Darkness and despair sickens the soil. Gains have fallen into the abyss, and cardio abandoned. Leg days have become the subject of myth...
TIME TO GET OFF MY ASS AND HIT CHEST BABY!! Thanks again for the motivation and old school style, keeping me on track brotha cant appreciate you enough.
Just wanna say thanks for the amazing content Sam! Came across your channel randomly a few weeks back and you’ve motivated me so much through difficult times I’ve been dealing with lately. I know it sounds daft but these videos make me feel part of something, and the no bullshit straight to the point content is great! especially before smashing a gym session 🤙🏽 keep up the hard work Sam, I think you’re gonna be very successful doing what you love. Absolute Unit, appreciate the solid content 💪🏽🙌🏽
Dude i've been watching your videos and watching you train is awesome and inspirational. I've been wanting to ask you a question but no matter how i think about it, there is a chance it could sound like i'm being critical, trust me i'm not. I've been lifting for a few years and my progress has stalled. I've been listening to the slow full range of motion camp which is how i've been training. However, after watching your videos and seeing how you just focus on crazy tension with partial range of motion on most movements with going to total failure and even beyond in most cases (small intense partial reps until you can't stand to do another rep) and there is no way anyone could argue with your results, you look fucking awesome. I guess what i am trying to say is you seem to break all the rules that most of the influencers on here preach as the only way to train for hypertrophy but your results are insane. What i'd like to know is have you always trained the way you are training in these videos from the beginning or did you figure out that just gripping and ripping the weights, focusing what appears to be more intense torque and partial range of motion? I am at a cross roads in my training, i have stopped getting noticible growth lifting in a slow controlled manner and i'm thinking about starting to train more like you do in these videos. I would like to see you talk about your training style and why it seems you've decided to train this way. I hope this doesn't come off as rude or questioning you in any way, trust me, its not my intention. Sorry for the long post.
You have to understand that some people are genetically gifted and they would have an amazing physique regardless how good/bad they train in the gym. I don't know if you've ever seen people like Branch Warren training, but they have absolutely 0 technique or at lest, their movements' pattern is completely different from what you will see from a biomechanic standpoint. Also steroids play a fundamental role if he has beyond great muscle insertions and genetics also a lot of androgen receptors, meaning he responds better to PEDs even with low dosages. Since we don''t know his cycle, we don't know how was his physique before etc I can only state what I said in the first period: No matter how good your form, how immaculate your training and diet is schedule, if you have a superior enetic potential you will stand out more. If this is true, then I'd like to see him with a proper hypertrophy coach, he could benefit a lot from that
Better form, slow and controlled, is optimal. Then you get to the end. You have some choices. 1.stop. Extremely suboptimal. 2.screw the form, hammer out some quick ones. This is sam, and it works. 3. Lower the weight and go immediately. This works too. 4. Use a spotter or advanced technique to finish out eccentric and isometric. This right here is optimal. Not simple or easy though, its super easy to do this wrong. If you have hit a plateu its guaranteed to be because you dont really understand what the muscles do. I hit a plateu on flat barbell bench and just abandoned it and did flat dumbell bench instead, this is the smartest way to handle it, short term. Screw it, dont waste gym time. Years later I found out why I hit that plateu, and it was exactly like I said, I didnt really understand what the pecs do, I was just following some bad gym-bro advice that was wrong. I thought it was genetics, but nope.
Shoulder pumps are definitely up there with some of the best ones. the amount of pain and suffering i go through to do shoulders is worth it when they're pumped. The tight skin, the striations and everything definitely gives me a high
Been slacking the views this week but happy to see your Subs count climbing so fast , not gonna like been a labor guy (Rodbuster) working all day and hit the gym 5-6 days/week is kinda hardcore..sleep 6hrs get up at 4am..busting my ass on the rod patch and eating iron all day is what im living for, dirty hands clean money and that 4 days split is what bring me the most gains up to day thanks to you Sam keep the grind going can't wait to see the Cut Content !
Hey Sam loving the videos, really helping me with my own consistency, especially since recently finishing college. I definitely feel you on the terrible sleep schedule during school, I would have multiple days a week where I would attend 8 hours of lectures + labs off of like 3 to 6 hours it was so bad
You've inspiried me to try smith machine incline bench and I got the best pump and mind muscle connection of all time.Flat benching will exclusively be a once a week thing, incline is the new meta.
Thanks for the content you're putting out. Only been here for a few months, but it's been crazy watching your old videos and seeing the mass amount of progress you've obtained. Great fucking job my guy, keep up this content as well as you can. Stay healthy and ripped
