Well if it came from deadlifts or squats, be careful for the rest of your life, don’t end up like me injuring my back twice and the 2nd is still horrendous and it happened 2 years ago. Use machine my friends!! Just like same!!! But watch your spine!!!!

That's a great tip, and absolutely obvious when you think about it. When I'm doing pec fly's I stop the set as soon as I cant touch my hands together. Won't be doing that anymore though.
Hit legs today and got a nasty arm pump before leaving. Threw up from leg press. Then recorded a quick clip for Insta. Looked freaky haha and nobody but me knows that it was an off lift 😂 thanks for the motivation and the consistent uploads Sam!
Hey Sam I figured with the chest injury/pull/caution inducing pain you mentioned, starting with heavy pec deck and then going to incline bench with the chest pre exhausted might be a good way to avoid the 4 plate wolf. Worked for me my last session since I didn't wanna load any pushing movements super heavy and ended up with a great pump.
This is why many pros pyramid up in weight to pre-exhaust the muscle and reduce wear and tear on the joints. Sam takes a more powerlifting approach though and uses feeder sets before his working set.
