@Sam Sulek, to say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Doing 19 Reps with 405lbs to good depth, with good tempo and good form is real savage and hard core training. I heard about you from EPzeronine and went to you channel to check you out. You seemed like a decent enough kid during your chest workout, but I wasn't convinced on all the hype around a 21 year old kid until I watched you knock out the set with 405lbs. Being an old school lifer, you earned my respect and now have a new sub. As most young guys now use every excuse not to squat, and to me unless you are squatting you are not training. Keep up the GREAT work champ!!!!
Sam sukek is my therapy, i'm a super skinny boy who just started going to the gym trying to get big for my size, literally gained 10kg in 2 months just strictly eating til failure. The eating motivation is real, and his videos made me train consistently 6 times a week. I love Sam man, I will continue to support this King.
@@jacobwoods3790 not impossible. I went from super underweight (130 lbs, 6 foot 1) to 155 within a couple months. Newbie gains + 1000 extra calories a day you will be blown away what you can acheieve with proper training + intensity.
At 41, i just started on trt (i have true low t) & started to hit the gym. I watch this dude and the whole hosstile team to get me motivated into the life I should have been living a long time ago. 💪
I can’t wait for that late November bulking videos when it’s dark outside. Sam is driving to the gym in a jacket again talking stuff from deep mind then after the workout hitting dexstrose and talking more stuff. Life is simple bro.
Sam, you are a great motivation ..... there is no doubt about that. I wonder tho how many people have injured themselves from watching your videos because they went really heavy on weights. I dont know if anyone is reading this but there is no reason to go that heavy when you can get the same pump doing it slow and controlled with lesser weight. Stay safe!
I typically get bored when fitness influencers dont cut out the raw footage but Sam just changed the game. This dude is funny asf and is amazing at talking thru every workout he’s doing.
At this point watching his vids everyday is part of my routine along with drinking my coffee omw to work envisioning my workout after my shift is over 💪🏼 godbless
I can do 125 squats nonstop with 100 pounds. I gotta go the the gym and see how much I can powerlift. The most I remember doing was somewhere around the 400 range and i fell one time trying to rack the weight on a rack higher than my height. Luckily i didnt break any bones and just had a cut on my finger that needed stitches. The squat rack had weight catchers on the left and right side for people who couldnt come back up on a squat rep. I weighed around 170 at the time so that wouldve been more than double my weight but im still only around 178 now 10 years later. Its always motivating seeing someone who is bigger and stronger. That always motivated me working out in high school and even now. To know no matter how big and strong you get its always someone stronger and bigger
My twin brother recommended me your vids. I can admit it has been a long time since someone has motivated me this much to keep going at the gym. Have watched all your videos and love the way you are, super humble🤝 thats what makes you so great!🤝🔥
Sam you said to keep hounding you about full day of eating. If not now day 200🙏🏼🔥 (TIMESTAMPS BELOW) 5:58 Seated Hamsting Curl 11:17 Barbell Squats 18:38 Seated Leg Extension 20:00 Pump Check
Just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration. Definitely trying some different things in the gym like squating with the plate and narrow stance. Definitely a good pump in the quads.
Amazing how he doesn’t miss a bet when talking to the camera he’s really talking to us even when some is right next to him he acts as if we (the audience) is right there with him. When he starts his personal training, he is going to make millions.
i feel ya on squats been scary. it took me a while to build up to just squatting unweighted now i do it weighted but i think it took me like 3-4 months before i even did it unweighted. these days im up to squatting 30kg and its damn scary when i feel my body go forward on the squat, thats when i re-rack. I tried 40kg and although i managed a few reps on it, it felt really messy so i dropped to 30kg which feels like a nice region to sit for a bit. And yeah i feel ya on barely been able to get downstairs, my leg day was Friday so i did squats than moved into rdls than hack squat than leg extensions standing leg curls than finished on calf raies damn near well fell down the stairs.
Bro u legitimately got a very promising physique and u def got that strong mindset to drive it! can’t wait to see u melting faces in the near future. Keep the grind going bro!👊
Love your videos bro! Keep at it! Your physique is crazy and only goin to get crazier as you continue! Looking forward to seeing you more in the future
I have the same issue with the tight/locked down part of the lats when doing squats, stretching exercises didn't help but I found a bar with the handles sticking up front like a U shape around my neck at my gym, fixed my issue with squatting and it gives me confidence when going heavy, maybe u should try it out (you probably did but I just started following the series and haven't seen you to do yet)
I’m kind of weak on squats due to a knee hyper extension injury some years ago, on and off issues, seem to be getting it under control now and I’m pushing 2 1/2 plates for 6/8. Hopefully I’ll be at 3 plates soon with a calorie surplus etc.
Sam, I’ve noticed that the bar placement on your squats is in the low bar position. Not necessarily terrible, but if you’re trying to work quads with the movement, it will feel better and be more effective generally for stimulus to do a high bar placement on the top of your traps.
Anybody else relate that watching Sam is now kind of a part of their daily routine
real
Its eating motivation for me llool

@@sladderemil5720I stg I need more motivation for eating than lifting 😂😂

I applaud this leg day, intensity, pump, car talk, everything was 100%
The only things to stop Sams workout early are the gym closing down and the Barbie movie. A true gigachad 🗿
Nothing beats watching Sam's video to start the day and getting you hyped for training later 💪
Sam is literally banging out fast squat reps at 405lbs… that is impressive af
